High on the hill, with views over the D'Entrecasteaux Channel and the Derwent River, the Hill House Panorama is a large stand-alone studio with lockable access. It is a working photographic studio and although modern, it feels as though there is history to it. The photographs and art on the walls tell that story.

The maximum number of persons is 2.
No Children
This property is not suitable for children.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
Noise
No loud music or parties please.
No Pets
Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing any pet or animal onto the property or the surrounding grounds. At night we are surrounded by Foresters, Wallabies & Bettongs.
They are kept out of the property by a sturdy fence allowing 4 acres for Echidnas, Bandicoots and a pair of Blue Tongue Lizards to roam - with more rabbits than we would like! It also keeps the cat in, who panics when he gets past the gate.
Access
Access to the property is through a locked gate. Call +61 (0) 477 070 078 within 48 hours of check in time for the keypad entry code. The code for the access to the actual accommodation will also be given to you at that time. There is a keypad at the entry door containing a key, which must be returned to that box upon leaving on the last day.
Check in time is 3pm.
Check out time is 10am.
Parking
There is allocated parking for guests with plenty of space available. Transportation is essential as we are in a rural area.
Damages
All damages and theft will be charged at replacement value. You will be responsible for treating the property and furnishings with care, and leave the property in a reasonably clean manner. Cleaning Fees will be charged if excess cleaning is required, at the discretion of the owner/operator.
