Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings at the Lodge Broulee are accepted.
The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all online bookings at and all bookings made directly with Reservations and indirectly through our affiliates.
For bookings made via 3rd party websites / other sources please read their Terms & Conditions carefully as they may be different to ours.

By using this Site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
Your use of some parts or features of the Site may be governed by additional terms and conditions. Where this is the case you will be notified accordingly of those additional terms and conditions:
1. The prices are shown are per room per night and in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS and EXCLUSIVE OF GST for the numbers of persons and dates selected, unless otherwise indicated.
2. Children 0 -12 years occupying the same room with at least one adult and using existing bedding are Free of Charge. Additional charges may apply if extra beds or linen (including rollaways or cots) are required.
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 18. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal parent/guardian over 18 cannot produce current photo ID.
3. Publicised prices are subject to availability and subject to change without notice. Special offers may be changed or withdrawn without notice at any time. However your price is guaranteed with payment confirmation and receipt.
4. Payment for website bookings please check Payment Policy/Cancellation Policy condition.
5. Reservations will be deemed complete and effectively communicated to you for all purposes at the time we send the confirmation to the email address you provide in your reservation form, whether or not you receive it. Therefore clients are advised to make sure that the e-mail address is correct. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible if you do not receive your confirmation as you would remain liable for any non-arrivals, amendment or cancellation charges whether or not you receive your confirmation.
All the information provided by clients is their responsibility and should be correct at the time of submission, in particular the e-mail address. The Lodge Broulee cannot be held responsible for missing or delayed emails. You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
We require clients to double check all confirmations. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all details are correct and the confirmation is consistent with the clients requirements.
6. The person affecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of all persons named in that booking.
7. Whilst we attempt to satisfy all special requests, we are unable to provide a guarantee.
8. Upon arrival Guests must provide valid photo identification for security purposes. In addition, the Guest must also provide a credit card in the name of the photographic ID to secure the accommodation. A Credit Card pre-authorisation may be required to cover incidental items. This may also include an amount to cover a security bond / deposit for damages. The pre-authorised amount is set aside by the credit card company for a period of up to 10 working days (release times may vary, please check with the issuing financial institution). The pre-authorisation will affect your available funds balance or spending limit. For more information on this practice we suggest the cardholder contact their issuer. Once a pre-authorisation has been made, we cannot release, remove or lower the authorised amount, until we process the final account on departure. This is a restriction placed on us by the bank, and cannot be negotiated. The Lodge Broulee reserves the right to pre-authorise all credit cards upon arrival. Please note this process validates the presented credit card, and protects both the cardholder and merchant from increasing fraud incidents.
9. If your reservation has been made on our website – you may cancel your reservation according to the conditions for that rate. Please see your relevant cancellation and amendment conditions. To cancel your reservation, please contact us directly.
10. In the event of a situation whereby the Lodge Broulee cannot provide accommodation as previously confirmed, for whatever reason, we will undertake to relocate guests into an alternative property of equal or better grading at no expense to the guest.
11. The alternatives offered are at our discretion. Should the guest wish to choose a property of a standard other than offered under this condition, then the guest will be required to pay any difference.
12. Photos on the website are indicative only.
13. Facilities listed may not apply to all room types.
14. The Lodge Broulee both for itself and on the behalf of their employees or agents do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever or however the same may be caused and they do not warrant and are in no way responsible for the accuracy of any information given in statement made by their service providers in terms of travel arrangements. By utilizing the travel services provided by the Lodge Broulee, you agree that:
15. With the exception of working dogs for people with disabilities, our hotel does not accept pets.
16. We do provide 1 car park for each unit at The Lodge Broulee.
17. Rooms are available from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 hrs on the day of departure.
18. The Lodge Broulee has a non smoking policy. TheLodge Broulee reserve the right to charge a guest up to $200.00 who is found to be smoking in a room or public area for the additional cleaning charges that the Motel will incur. Should a guest continue to smoke in a room or public area, The Lodge Broulee reserve the right to have the guest removed from the Motel.
19. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at the Lodge Broulee should be made in the first instance to the Motel's Duty Manager at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at the time. Any verbal notification must be put in writing and given to the Duty Manager as soon as possible. If you are still dissatisfied, you must notify us at the earliest opportunity. If you remain dissatisfied, however, you must write to the General Manager of the Lodge Broulee, within 7 working days of the end of the stay you have purchased from us giving your booking reference and full details of your complaint. We regret we cannot accept liability if you fail to notify the complaint or claim entirely in accordance with this clause.
All reservations made via the Lodge Broulee Motel Website ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for any rewards points.

Payment Policy

1. The Lodge Broulee reserves the right to validate and pre-authorise all credit cards prior to arrival.
2. A pre-authorisation fee may be required at check-in to cover any extras or incidentals above the total amount payable for the duration of your stay. In addition the hotel may request a security deposit of $200.
3. Your booking will be guaranteed against a credit card, subject to the cancellation policy detailed below. You will be asked for a pre-authorisation for your accommodation when you check in. If you wish to check out before your reserved date of departure, please notify us as soon as possible. Providing you have informed the Motel before 11.00am on the day prior to your new date of departure, the unused accommodation charges will be refunded to the same payment card used on check in. If payment was made by cash, cheque or by other means, then a cheque for the balance due will be forwarded to you by post within 14 days of your departure. If you do not notify the Motel before 11.00am on the day prior to departure then one night accommodation charge will be retained as a late cancellation fee, and any remaining nights will be refunded as above.
4. Any booking that has been prepaid or where a deposit has been taken, guests must provide the same credit card details upon arrival. If someone is paying for the individual travelling then a signed credit card authorisation form must be completed and sent to the hotel showing the last four digits and signature strip of the card. Please contact the Motel for more information.
5. The Lodge Broulee accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Cash Passport Prepaid Money Travel Cards, Maestro and Cash payments.
6. All the credit or debit card information provided by clients is their responsibility and should be correct at the time of submission. We cannot be held responsible for any reservation cancelled or rejected due to incorrect or invalid details. The credit or debit card will be used to guarantee the booking subject to the cancellation policy detailed below.
7. The Lodge Broulee do not accept Discover or Diners Club cards, personal cheques or Visa Electron.

Cancellation Policy

Best Available Rate: Our cancellation policy requires 24-hours' notice. Should you need to cancel or amend your booking please contact the Motel by 11:00 the day prior to arrival. Should you cancel outside this policy a one night cancellation fee will be charged to the credit or debit card used to confirm the reservation.
Please note all reservations for 4-7 nights or more a 25% of the total cost of your stay will be taken as a deposit at the time of confirmation which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The 25% non-refundable deposit applies to each night booked and any night cancelled will still incur the 25% non-refundable deposit.
The deposit cannot be used as a reduction towards the entire stay if the number of nights have been reduced.
• Early Booking Offer Rate: Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking and your credit/ debit card will be charged in advance of your arrival. If we are unable to complete the transaction, your daily rate will revert back to our standard selling rates. Therefore, please make sure you provide the correct contact details. This booking is non-cancellable, non- refundable and cannot be amended.
• Long Stay Rate: 50% of the total cost of your stay will be taken as a deposit at the time of confirmation which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Our cancellation policy requires 24-hours' notice by 11:00 the day prior to arrival.
The 50% non-refundable deposit applies to each night booked and any night cancelled will still incur the 50% non-refundable deposit.
The deposit cannot be used as a reduction towards the entire stay if the number of nights have been reduced.
If your stay is reduced to 6 or less nights then the discounted rate booked will revert to our standard Best Available Rates.
