This stylish Villa Estate is located in the central highlands of Bali, just a few minutes drive from Ubud center. Its the perfect hideaway for those who seeking to recharge the body, mind and spirit in the tranquility, serene surrounding and perfect climate.
The Manipura Luxury Estate & Spa is hidden in lush paradise. Built by an architect of famous "Kent Architecure" who are well know for their 5* hotels worldwide. The Manipura Luxury Estate & Spa is built on 2500sqm land, well balanced between contemporary and balinese architecture, nestled up in the hills, above Ubud. Overlooking the spectacular Petanu River valley, surrounded by tropical forests.
Just a few minutes drive, north from Ubud, the Estate lodges a unique luxury experience among the natural beauty of central Bali. The whole villa consists of 8 fully air-conditioned individual bedrooms which are perfectly designed for all needs to accommodate up to maximum 20 people. (with some additional beds)
Standard occupancy is 16 person.
With more than 1000sqm of living area, the Manipura Luxury Estate & Spa compliments with alang-alang thatched roofs, wooden beams and polished floors.
Large open living areas are designed to enjoy the balmy tropical climate. Large folding doors can be closed to enjoy airconditioned huge living rooms ambience. The lush green tropical garden that leads to the buildings, plus the incrediable pure jungle-valley view, overookig the pertanu valley will blow your mind.
The Estate features 2 infinity pools, nestled into the valley gorge.
Fragrant frangipanis and colorful heliconias inject colour against the rich green foliage of the surrounding jungle. The estate location is perfect for accessing nearby attractions including Ubud center, the UNESCO rice terraces of Tegallalang and lots of cultural and art.

Terms & Conditions
Rates quoted, allow for maximum occupancies of the villa as shown in the provided information. The number of guests ( including children ) staying in a property cannot exceed the maximum number of guests published and / or agreed in the bookings confirmation.
The management reserves the right to refuse any bookings if not suitable for accommodation.
Rates include salaries of all household staff, cost of electricity, water, cleaning & gardening supplies and local taxes.
The Manipura Luxury Estate & Spa is fully equipped with linen, crockery, utensils, drinking water, initial supply op soap & toiletries.
A breakfast each person / day, and afternoon tea / coffee, as well as a welcome drink and a fruit basket upon arrival is included.
The kitchen is not available for self service. Our experience chef will be happy to prepare your food according your requests.
Rates do not include additional services, gratuities, telephone, fax & telegram charges, car rental, food, soft drinks/ liquor, personal items & expenses for lost or broken items, damagings and any excessive cleaning required upon departure.
The use of the villa facilities specially pool and swing are on your own risk. It is strictly forbidden to jump into the pool from higher storeys. Smoking in the rooms and any kind of open fire in the property is strictly forbidden.
Payment Policy
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation with a minimum deposit of 50% of the total booking amount.
To be confirmed, all bookings must be paid in full within 30 days of the Guest’s arrival date.
Non refundable bookings have to be payed in full when the booking is done.
Payments are to be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Copy of bank transfers should be forwarded to the villa management as proof of payment.
In case of any payments not made on time, the reservation will be automatically released.
Should guests wish to extend their stay, the applicable published rate will be charged. Guests should pay directly to the Villa Manager upon checkout.
Incidental charges must be fully settled prior to guest’s departure.
Major credit card such as Visa and Master card are accepted
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation a written notification must be received directly by the Management.
According different booking options, different cancellation conditions are available.
In general:
No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 4 hours of booking.
