Payment Policy
One night deposit required to confirm booking, balance due on arrival unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated, your deposit less cancellation fee will be refunded if notice is given 30 days prior to your arrival. At 30 days prior to your arrival, bookings become non refundable and the remaining balance will be taken from your credit card and a receipt emailed to you.
Refunds of cancellations within 30 days are subject to re-letting of the villa. Cancellation or Change fee of $50.00 applies in all circumstances. It is recommended that travel insurance be obtained to cover unexpected circumstances.
