Terms & Conditions

Important additional information If your booking is a SHN stay:
1. Should you opt-in for your food delivery; can order food online through apps such as GrabFood, FoodPanda, Deliveroo, etc. and our staff will send the food and place it outside of the room to minimize contact.
2. In the event that a person is infected with Covid-19 during the stay, there will be a $350 disinfecting/cleaning charge.
And to ensure the safety of our personnel, please take note that the following measures would be practised during the 7-Days SHN period:
• Pre-submission of a copy of passport and/or work permit details and pre-payment charged to the credit card (For pre-check-in process).
• There will be no cleaning service during the SHN period.
• There will be no visitors allowed during the SHN period.
• Guest will not be allowed to leave the room at all times.
• Check-in time will be after 2 pm. Any earlier timing please inform us directly. Additional early check-in fee applies.

Payments, Refund and Cancellations Term And Conditions
1. Full payment will be charged 1 week before check-in date otherwise booking may be cancelled at our discretion.
1. Cancellation One week before Check-In 1 day fee will be deducted and balance will be refunded.
2. 3 Days and above will be refunded at 75% of payment.
3. 48hr and below will be no refund unless tested positive with documentation proof. Rescheduling of date is allowed with a fee of $100

Payment Policy

Booking and Credit Card
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a legally-binding transaction in order to make a booking. Upon reservation and confirmation of the booking, your credit card will be charged accordingly. For certain promotions or rates, your credit card may be charged or pre-authorised without any option for refund. Please check the booking details for any such conditions before making your reservation.

You undertake that you are the owner of the credit card used for making the booking and there are sufficient funds in the credit card account to cover the full cost of the booking. You also undertake that all credit card and personal details you provide us with are fully correct and valid. We reserve the right not to accept certain credit cards or bookings which we have reason to suspect are fraudulent.
