The main bedroom is a king. Bedrooms 2,4 & 5 can be either singles or kings, and bedroom 3 can be 3 singles or a king + one single. Bedrooms thus sleep 11. We have added a good quality double fold out in the casual sitting area
The owners do also live on site, out of the way of guests.
