Quality Accommodation with a peaceful rural outlook, our property is in the heart of the South with stunning views of GORE and surrounding districts , just 3kms from the towns centre.
With 3 Queen Rooms, in a dedicated guest wing in our contemporary home, set in 3 acres of garden with friendly farm animals.

One queen room has its own en-suite, while the two others share a second guest bathroom. Bathrooms have heating, hairdryers and complimentary toiletries.
A separate guest lounge has complimentary tea/coffee , a microwave, toaster and a 32" TV .
Enjoy a complimentary welcome drink from our house bar. Additional drinks available at great prices!

All rooms have adjustable radiators, electric blankets and flat screen TVs & clock Radios with USB charging.
Room rates include:
