Conditions générales

Booking Policy
50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation, with the balance payable seven days prior to arrival.
Deposits and balance payments are accepted by credit card or direct transfer.
Upon clearance of deposits your booking is confirmed.

Bookings are confirmed and paid for a specific number of guests.
At the Manger’s sole discretion, reduction of guest numbers may incur a part cancellation fee.
We ask that you don’t disturb any of unrequired beds or bedrooms or additional charges may apply.

Around a week or so before your stay date we will email you to re-confirm your booking and to provide you with directions and other information about our property.

Conditions de paiement

Deposits and balance payments are accepted by Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card or by direct transfer.

Politique d'annulation

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before the stay dates.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within the 30 days before the stay dates and 100% if cancelled within 7 days of the stay dates.
No Show
If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

At the manager’s sole discretion, a forfeited deposit may be transferred to another booking date, depending on the timing of cancellation request, ability to re-let the cancelled dates and availability for replacement dates.
