Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
*Standard Check-in time is at 2PM / Standard Check-out time is at 12NN
*Any request for an Early Check-in or Late Check-out is subject to room availability, with corresponding charges/fees.
*For Extension of Stay, subject to room availability, payment must be made in advance to guarantee a reserved room.
A Room Charge must be paid before 9:00AM on the day of the extension.
If an occupant fails to settle the room extension prior to 9:00AM, Studio 18 does not guarantee room availability.
The Studio 18 reserves the right to remove the occupant's belongings by 1pm on the guaranteed check-out date and rebook the room.
*All guests must present a government issued Valid ID upon check-in.

CHARGES/FEES:
*Full payment of the reserved rooms must be settled upon check-in. Payment can be settled in Cash or Credit Card.
*All payments are non-refundable and non-rebookable. All Guarantee Deposits are non-refundable.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: We would like to keep a Smoke-Free Environment for all of our guests.
Strictly NO-SMOKING in all rooms, bathrooms, hallways, stairs and exits.
There will be a Penalty Fee equivalent to P 5,000 per day as smoking cleaning fee.

Child Policy: One (1) child per room only, child 10 years old and below, free of charge when sharing bed with parents/guardian.
Another older child will be considered as an extra person, applicable fees will be charged.
Lost Key and/or Keychain will be charged for a minimum fee amounting to Php500.00.

Parties are not Allowed: As courtesy to other guests and for security reasons, parties are not allowed inside the rooms.
Pets are not Allowed: We regret to inform you, but pets/animals are not allowed inside the property.
Age Restriction: Guests must be at least 18 years old to be able to book in this property.
Parking: Free Parking on a first-come, first-serve basis. (Please do not leave any valuable items in your vehicle, we are not responsible for any loss or damages in your vehicle).
Rates are vat inclusive, subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Policy

Payment must be settled in full upon check-in.

All Bookings are non-refundable and non-rebookable.

Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: RESERVATIONS ON PROMOTIONAL RATES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-REBOOKABLE.

Modification Policy: Modification 3 days before the check-in date will be charged for the 1st night of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 2 days before the check-in date will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
No-show Policy: Guests who do not arrive within the hotel's standard time will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
