- Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.

Payment Policy

Payment Policy:
- 1 night pre-payment is required when making reservation and while balance payment should be settled upon check-in at the hotel
- If you bring a different credit card upon check-in, The Tempekan Nyang-Nyang will charge another full amount to that card and refund the previous card.
- The Tempekan Nyang-Nyang will charge all of reservation amounts in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policies:
- Any cancellation made within 14 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of 1 night accommodation charge
- Shortened-stay will be charged 1 night cancellation fee of the remaining nights
- No Show without prior cancellation will be applied 100% of the total accommodation charge
