* PAYMENTS
Your reservation will be charged the total invoice amount 28 days prior to your expected check-in date, payment can be made using MasterCard, Visa, or bank account.. The Town Apartment do not accept cash payments, Once payment has been completed, an email and sms will be sent detailing your check-in procedure, sms will be only available for the valid phone numbers
Upon check-in, credit card using for the accommodation reservation and current and valid photo ID will be required to present
Pre-auth of AUD 100.00 will be regarded as deposit, it will be released/cancelled subject to the facility inspecstion and swipe cards collection
* CANCELLATIONS
Prior to 28 days out from your reserved arrival, reservations can be cancelled with no penalty or charges. Within 28 days of arrival, cancelled reservations are non-refundable and no refund will be issued.
* CHECK IN
Guests will be required to present a valid and current form of photograhic id including a drivers licence or passport to match the the name on the presented credit card and booking confirmation. Any exceptions from this rule, must be made prior to arrival. Check in is at 2pm.
check in after hours, extra service charge will be applied from AUD35.00 - AUD100.00
* CHECK OUT
Checkout time is at 10.00am on the date of departure. Late checkout after this time may incur additional charges.
*PARTY POLICY
The Town Apartments are for guest accommodation use only. Visitors are welcome but must leave the premises by 11.00pm. The Town Apartments enforces a zero tolerance policy on parties and gatherings. Failure to comply may result in eviction of offenders by police and a substantial penalty charge.
*GENERAL
- Guest/s shall be charged the replacement cost of any loss, theft or damage to keys, furniture, fixtures and fittings in the apartment/s and common areas of the building.
- The number of guests in the apartment shall not exceed the number of guests declared when booking or upon check in.
- Guests may use common areas for temporary luggage storage pre & post check out. This is at owners risk.
- Unruly, anti-social or inappropriate behaviour or use of property may result in immediate eviction. The reservation will be terminated without refund.
Payment Policy
You will be charged the total invoice amount 28 days prior to your arrival. At this point, your reservation is non refundable. You can pay via MasterCard, Visa, or bank account. A booking confirmation will be sent to your nominated email address.
The Town Apartments reserve the right to pre-auth certain amount to arrival
