One queen size bed, a comfortable sofa, a flat screen tv with dvd player and a stereo radio and cd player, a breakfast bar and a kitchen area with a small fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as two hotplates (no oven). There is a hooded electric bbq on your covered decking along with table and chairs.

Terms & Conditions

Check in is from 2pm, check out by 11am on day of departure.

Bringing more people than your confirmation letter states (including babies and children) may result in additional charges or cancellation of your booking, our cancellation policy still applies.

Please note: Additional charges may apply where extra cleaning is required, damage to property, or failure to comply with stated conditions, eg. Smoking indoors, excessive soiling of fixtures or linen.

Pets are not permitted on premises.

Payment Policy

Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit of 50% is charged at the time of booking, and the balance will be charged 7 calendar days prior to arrival.

Total rate payable on or before arrival & credit card security may be required prior to check in.

Payments accepted by Visa, MasterCard, EFT.

Cancellation Policy

Changes to your booking are subject to availability and will be subject to our scheduled rates.

CANCELLATIONS :

* You will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation.
* You can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
* You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
* If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
* Cancellations due to COVID 19 restrictions will be refunded in full following the official announcement by the government.

Fees may be waived at owners' discretion.
No refund for early departure.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover you for any unforeseen circumstances.
