Located just five minutes from town, stunning beaches and Norfolk Island's pristine national park, it unfolds across four acres of manicured hilltop. COMPLIMENTARY 5 SEATER CAR included in all rates. Additional cars, or upgrades to larger vehicles, can be arranged upon request at additional cost.
COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES include airport meet and greet, luggage transfer to and from airport, fresh flowers and fruit bowl upon arrival, weekly linen change and servicing for stays longer than 7 days (additional linen and servicing upon request), massage and babysitting bookings, restaurant reservations, beach towels, umbrella and kid's gear, fishing gear, esky and drinks cooler and picnic basket.
Tintoela also offers packages to suit intimate island weddings, family reunions, yoga retreats or any other special events. We can assist in arranging catered lunches and dinners to suit all occasions.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% required to secure a booking, with the balance due 30 days in advance of your stay.
Children under 7 years old stay free of charge if sleeping on existing bedding.
Payment Policy
We accept direct deposit into our bank account, or payments via debit and credit card (MasterCard and Visa only).
Cancellation Policy
Up to 30 days prior to arrival, the 30% deposit will be charged.
Within 30 days of arrival, 100% percent of the tariff will be charged.
Note: This Cancellation Policy will also apply to Covid 19 affected travel for bookings made after 1 September 2022.
Tintoela strongly recommends all visitors to Norfolk Island obtain travel insurance.
