ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Copy of Drivers License is required on check in
Check-in time is from 2.30pm
If reception is closed upon arrival a text message will be sent to mobile number on booking for keysafe thank you
Check-out time is prior to 10.00 am
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
The number of guests should not exceed the number stated in the booking or the number subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for additional guests, and the use of extra bed when we have not been notified and an agreement made with us in advance.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges may apply. We ask that you inform us of your expected arrival time.
SMOKING
We do not permit smoking indoors and there are outdoor areas throughout the motel where smoking is permitted. A sanitisation fee of one additional night’s accommodation will be charged where smoking occurs within the your room.
PARKING & VEHICLES
Parking is available on site. We accept no responsibility for any theft from vehicles.
LINEN & TOWELS
We supply linen, pillows, blankets and towels which must be left in the bathroom on departure.
NO COOKING: There is to be no cooking in rooms for health & Safety reason. A sanitisation fee of one additional night’s accommodation will be charged where cooking has occurs within the your room
DAMAGE, LOSS OR THEFT
You are responsible for any damage, breakages, theft and loss at The Tower Motel. You must notify us of this immediately. We may recover repair or replacements costs from you (at our discretion).
Tower Motel - Marysville are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents and theft of guests belongings that may occur whilst staying at the Tower Motel Marysville. We accept no responsibility for any theft of personal belongings.

COVID - 19 TERMS
If any booked guest has tested positive to Covid-19, been in contact with someone who recently tested positive to Covid-19 or is showing flu like syptoms of Covid-19, their booking must be deferred to a date within the next 6 months when they are well again.
If a government ruling for travel restrictions or lockdown measures regarding the Covid-19 pandemic occurs, Tower Motel will either defer your booking for up to 6 months or provide a full refund for all direct bookings.

Cancellation Policy

* If you have to cancel a booking, ask us if you are eligible for our 3 month transferable deposit. ** conditions apply.
* If you have to cancel your booking & and can Not transfer your date 7 days notice is required. If less notice is given your deposit maybe forfeited.
*Failing to arrive at the Motel with no communication to Motel Management is 100% of your booking per room – payment will be debited from credit card given at the time of booking.
*Room rates are correct as of booking date and cannot be amended once confirmed.
*Vouchers of any kind require 7 days cancellation/rescheduling or may result in forfeiture of voucher/coupon.
* No refund policy on snow play/ski packages once booked.

Note: The above person on this document and/or actually occupying accommodation, or utilizing other services, shall be personally responsible for all charges. It is a condition of a guest’s occupancy that the owners of the premises will not be liable for damage to or loss of property brought onto the premises by the occupier or their guests. Smoking in a non smoking room will incur a cleaning fee of $250. Customers will be liable for all items used or taken during the occupancy of the room.
