DISCLAIMER: All damages or missing items from the room are the responsibility of the person signing. This motel has a strict No Smoking / No Cooking policy in the rooms. A penalty of $250 will be charged to you/your account for extra cleaning, deodorising and loss of income if this is not adhered to. Offenders will be asked to vacate, matter reported and guests’ blacklisted.
Deposit for Incidentals: Full payment together with a pre-authorisation or $250 cash deposit is required upon check-in to cover incidentals. To cover any unforeseen circumstances which may occur cancellation fees we recommend travel insurance. A credit card pre-authorisation freezes the amount specified against your card making it otherwise unavailable to you. The hotel does not actually have the funds until the final charge is made against the pre-authorisation. Your credit card provider will release the funds generally up to 7 working days after the preauthorisation has been made. The time frame for the release of any pre-authorisation is determined by the credit card provider, not the hotel. Additional Credit Card Fee: If you are settling your account with a credit card, please note that a credit card transaction fee will apply. Current fee is 1.8% for all types of credit card. Fee is subject to change.

Full payment together with a pre-authorisation or $250 cash deposit is required upon check-in to cover incidentals.

Cancellation Policy

When the booking is submitted and completed, you will be charged the full amount for your accommodation.
Minimum 48 Hours. We require any cancellation or date change to be made at least 48 hours prior to the property (Travellers Inn Kaniva) check in time to avoid forfeiting the full amount of the booking.
