Payment Policy
Your Credit Card will be charged by the hotel within 48 hours or receiving your booking, an additional Transaction Fee of 1.8% is applicable for all payments by American Express. Your Credit Card and Photo ID will be verified at time of check in for all bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Full credit card details will be required to confirm each booking, this card will be charged for any cancellation charges that meets the below terms.
2+ Nights rate - The full stay will be charged if cancelled within 48 hours before check in time (2pm). If cancelled prior to this time no charge will be incurred. Failure to show without cancellation will result in a 100% charge of the accommodation booking.
7+ Nights rate- The full stay will be charged if cancelled within 7 days of check in time (2pm). If cancelled prior to this time no charge will be incurred. Failure to show without cancellation will result in a 100% charge of the accommodation booking.
