100 meters from Picnic Bay Beach, Tropical Palms Resort offers air-conditioned self-contained rooms with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and a barbecue area set in lovely gardens.
Tropical Palms Resort is located on Magnetic Island, next to the Magnetic Island National Park. It is 10 minutes’ walk from the Magnetic Island Golf Course, and 5 km from the Magnetic Island Ferry at Nelly Bay.
A stove, microwave, refrigerator and cooking utensils are standard in all rooms. Each room has a seating area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player.

Terms & Conditions
Conditions of stay for the comfort & safety of all guests.
Guests are required to provide a valid credit card upon arrival or pay a $100.00 security deposit refundable upon check-out dependent on the following conditions.
Smoking is strictly NOT permitted in any guest room and if evidence of smoking is found there will be a charge of one night's accommodation and all associated cleaning costs.
"No Noise after 9:30pm" policy whereby any person(s) found to be creating excessive noise or exceeding the number of permitted guests may be evicted immediately and without refund. No large groups, no party's. Guests must vacate the garden by 9.30pm.
Any damage to the room, furniture or fittings will be repaired at the guests expense. Once a booking has commenced there is no refund for early departure.
Check out time is 10am unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payment Policy
A deposit of one night is required at the time of booking. Payment of the balance is required on arrival.
A 1% charge applies to MasterCard & Visa payments.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 4 days before check-in has an admin fee of 10% of the deposit.
Cancellation within 4 days of check-in has a cancellation fee of the first night accommodation.
