Tuckers Lane Boutique Accommodation is an ADULTS ONLY family owned and operated business located on a spectacular private 43 acre property in the heart of Hunter Valley wine country. Featuring five glamorous, architecturally-designed one and two-bedroom units meticulously fashioned from recycled shipping containers, the one-of-a-kind accommodation is unlike anything else on offer in the world-renowned vineyard region. Our 2 x 2 BR cabins are separated by a timber deck with a 5-person spa and all the luxuries of our 1 BR cabins. They both have the same features however one of them is has accessible features as well as 2 single beds in the 2nd room that convert to a king. As we are adults only and predominantly couples, we accept applications on most occasions however like our guests to agree to respect the privacy and tranquility of our environment by keeping noise to a minimum after 8 pm. This does not mean you can't enjoy the space however we don't encourage loud groups to create a party atmosphere.

Terms & Conditions

STRICTLY ADULTS ONLY & NO PETS: For safety reasons and to ensure the utmost privacy of all guests, we do not cater for children or pets. Our property has 3 large open dams, spas built into each deck and we have an abundance of wildlife including Kangaroos and Wallabies roam freely. This policy also means that visitors must not bring pets or children. Please be advised that anyone trying to bring children or pets onto the property may be asked to leave or denied access. Refunds will not be issued if access is denied.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Balance will be taken 2 days before arrival we will charge the credit card supplied upon booking.

There is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard.

There is a 4% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners card.

If you wish to pay by direct deposit this needs to be paid & cleared up to 4 days prior to the day of arrival otherwise credit card will be automatically charged at 2 daysprior to check in. **Pleasealso advise us if a direct payment has been made so we can allocate to your booking.

Cancellation Policy

A 25% cancellation feel will apply if less than 30 days notice prior to your arrival.

Cancellations within 14-30 days of your arrival will be subject a 50% cancellation fee.

Bookings are non refundable if cancelled with less than 14 days notice from your arrival date.

Please contact us if you need to arrange cancellation or reschedule. If you have to cancel and request a refund, a $10 processing fee applies to all bookings
