Reception hours: Mon to Sat: 8am to 8pm; Sun: 8am to 5pm. An after-hours key safe service is available.

For single room/one night bookings a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking will be charged.
For multi room/multi night bookings a minimum of 7 days notice is required for cancellations or a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking will be charged.
