Ballarat central accommodation, Twelve Errard offers five well-appointed apartments, each with their own bathroom.

Select from one of our two bedroom apartments, each with queen size beds; or one of our three bedroom apartments may better suit your needs. We also cater for those travelling on their own or as part of a couple and can configure our apartments to offer a one bedroom option.

Our apartments feature a self-contained kitchen, including a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and cutlery/crockery to cater to six guests. Both the lounge and main bedroom in each apartment includes a large screen television and Wi-Fi.

Your own laundering facilities, with a washing machine and dryer in each apartment, as well as undercover, lock-up parking, for one car per apartment, will also add to the ease of your stay.

Upstairs apartments offer a small balcony with barbecue whilst the ground level apartments feature a courtyard and barbecue.

Terms & Conditions

Policy: CHECK-IN POLICY: Check in time is from 2pm. Check in is available only to guests who are 18 years of age and over, and are recorded on the reservation at the time of booking. Children (under 18 years) must share a room with an adult. No pets accepted. Requests for an early check-in will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Although we will do our utmost to provide you with the room of your choice, please also be aware that any room preferences including floor or view cannot be guaranteed. Prior to check in, payment in full is required for accommodation plus an additional $150 refundable security deposit and a valid form of photo identification via email.
CHECK-OUT POLICY: Check out time is up to 11am. Requests for late departures are subject to availability on check-out, however can also be guaranteed if booked prior to arrival at an additional fee. Following your stay, we will refund your security deposit generally between 5-10 working days, depending on individual bank policies - please see payment policies for more details.

Payment Policy

$100 deposit is payable within 24 hours of booking. Full payment of stay + $150 refundable security fee is payable prior to checkin. Provided the property is undamaged and all items remain in the apartment of your stay, the security deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days of departure.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled prior to 6pm on the day before arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge.
