Terms & Conditions

• STANDARD CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT: Check in time is 2PM; Check out time is 11AM.
• Late check out can also be accommodated depending on room availability but chargeable. From 1pm- 2pm late check out fee would be Php1000.00 and 50% from the regular room rates after 2pm for housekeeping purposes. We charge full the regular room rate after 7pm.
• Breakfast is included.
• Toiletries (3-in-1 shampoo, bodywash, conditioner) dental kit and towels are provided.
• ROOM CAPACITY: Maximum of 2 person per room. Extra person 5 years old and above will be charged Php950 per person.
• SENIOR CITIZEN/PWD DISCOUNT: Please provide a clear copy of senior/PWD I.D upon booking to avail the discount. Rates will be based on published rates and/or peak rates only. Please note that a discount is applicable on the part of senior/PWD only and not per room basis. We will only acknowledge a senior/PWD discount and VAT exemption prior payment was made. Once the booking has been settled, the discount can no longer be applied or availed upon check in.
• LOST KEY: We are charging Php500.00 per room to be collected by the Front Desk once you lost our key.
• KITCHEN USE: We are charging Php1,000.00 per room for our Kitchen use.
• CORKAGE: Bringing FOOD and DRINKS are chargeable of Php1,000.00
• PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Guests are requested to lock the door and be in charge of safekeeping their belongings. Management will not be held liable/responsible for any loss/damage to the guests’ belongings, vehicle or any other property in their custody.

• VISITORS: We only allow a maximum of 2 visitors per guest between 9:00am- 6:00pm. Visitors are not allowed inside the rooms, only at the common areas.
NOTE: Only registered car plate number are allowed to park in our parking space. ​Visitors are encourage to park in any Pay Parking Area available.
• QUITE TIME: We require our guests to follow our 10:00pm lights out.
• PET FEE & SECURITY DEPOSIT: Pets are permitted inside the resort. However, pet charge is at Php750/pet and security deposit at Php2000.00, refundable upon checking-out.

Payment Policy

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• Pre-payment policy applies, we require full payment on/before option date.
• Cash, check and transfer payment must be deposited and cleared prior to arrival date. A copy of deposit slip must be emailed to urbizgardencollective.lu@gmail.com
• All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE

Cancellation Policy

REBOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
• For any events beyond the reasonable control not limited to “Acts of God”, including, earthquake, typhoon, and the likes of, will not be charged for any rebooking.
• For Medical and Flight related rebooking, the guest must present Medical/Hospitalization Certificate and Airline Flight Cancellation.
• No shows are subject to charge of the total room billing.
• Cancellation is allowed 7 days prior to booking with a cancellation fee of Php500/room on Urbizgarden and Php250/head on Siesta rooms.
• Cancellation on the same day booking is forfeited.
