Check-in / Check-out:
Your room is available from 2:00 PM on your arrival date. We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 12:00 PM on your departure day to allow our housekeeping team to prepare for arriving guests.
Payment & Confirmation:
Deposit: A 30% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your booking.
Verification: Proof of payment (GCash, Bank Transfer, or Cash) must be submitted within 24 hours, or the reservation will be released.
Settlement: The remaining 70% balance is due upon check-in.
Cancellations & Credits:
Standard Policy: The 30% deposit is strictly non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations.
Travel Credit: For extreme weather or ferry/flight cancellations, deposits may be converted into a Travel Credit, valid for a one-time rescheduling within 8 months.
Early Departure: Guests shortening their stay after check-in are eligible for a 50% refund on the remaining nights' balance.
Smoke-Free Environment:
All indoor areas are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on private balconies only; please keep balcony doors closed while smoking.
Quiet Hours & Visitors:
We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. For security, only registered guests are permitted in room areas after 10:00 PM.
Personal Belongings & Damage:
The property is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items or valuables. We kindly ask that you keep your valuables with you or securely locked in your luggage. Guests are held personally responsible for any damage to property, furniture, or equipment caused during their stay.
Transport & Tours:
Services are often provided by third-party partners. The property is not liable for delays or accidents involving external operators. Please adhere to the maximum passenger limits designated for each vehicle type.

» Deposit: A 30% down payment is required to secure and confirm your reservation.
» Payment Methods: We accept payments via GCash, Bank Transfer, or Cash.
» Verification: Please send a copy of your proof of payment to our official contact channels with in 24 hours. Unpaid reservations will be automatically released after this period.
» Final Balance: The remaining 70% balance is due upon check-in at the resort.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Force Majeure
» Non-Refundable: Please be advised that the 30% down payment is strictly non-refundable for standard cancellations or no-shows.
» Force Majeure: In the event of extreme weather (Typhoon Signals) or official ferry/flight cancellations that prevent you from reaching the resort, your deposit is non-refundable but may be converted into a Travel Credit.
» Travel Credit: This credit is valid for 8 months from your original stay date and can be used for a one-time rescheduling (subject to room availability and seasonal rate changes).
» Early Departure: Guests who choose to shorten their stay after check-in are eligible for a 50% refund on the remaining nights' balance.
