Recently transformed into 4 modern and spacious two bedroom apartments, each has been beautifully furnished and equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A large main bedroom and a generous second bedroom accompany an open plan living area and kitchen, opening onto a large deck and entertaining area, perfect for meals alfresco and to enjoy the morning sun. Apartments are serviced weekly. Centrally located and within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping centres and the CBD, you will also be a short stroll away from the renowned Clarence River - synonymous with the Grafton way of life. Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted. Making a booking automatically accepts all the terms and conditions outlined hereunder.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Check-in/arrival time is from 14:00 (2:00PM). Check-out/departure time is prior to 10:00 (10:00AM) – late check-out after this time may incur an extra night’s charge. If your booking is made after 12noon on the day of arrival, it is essential that you call to confirm.

KEYS
Victoria Street Apartments does not have an on-site office. Arrangements for access to your apartment will be confirmed prior to your stay. Call-outs for lost keys will be charged at $55.00 per call-out. All guests are responsible for the return of keys and are liable for the cost of replacement keys.

BEDDING REQUESTS
Our two bedroom apartments sleep up to four people. There is a queen size bed in each room. A fold- up cot is available at an additional cost of $20.

NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The number of guests must not exceed the number of persons quoted at the time of the booking.

CAR PARKING
Off street parking is available for one car per apartment, at the rear of the building. Victoria Street Apartments does not accept any responsibility for damages or loss to your property or property belonging to someone else.

APARTMENT DAMAGE
The guest who registers at check-in/arrival will be held accountable for any damage to the apartment and contents during the stay dates. The registered guest will be liable for damages caused (including those by third parties visiting the apartment). We reserve the right to process any charges in addition to accommodation to the presented credit card supplied at the time of your booking confirmation. Your credit card details will be held until departure after an inspection of the apartment is completed and is deemed to be in the same condition at the time of check-in/arrival.

EVICTION OF A GUEST
Victoria Street Apartments may evict a guest or visitors without warning. A guest is subject to such eviction should the following (but not limited to) occur;

· Intoxication and unsavoury behaviour

· Overcrowding – when the number of persons in the apartment exceeds the capacity

· Willful damage to Victoria Street Apartments property

· Any incident for which the police need to be called onto the premises

· Any behaviour posing a safety threat to others

· Ignoring advice to reduce excessive noise (music or other noise)

· Smoking within the apartment (a cleaning and deodorizing fine will also apply)

· Physical or verbal assault towards Victoria Street Apartment representatives, residents or other guests.

GUEST COURTESY
For the comfort of all our guests, we ask that noise is kept to a minimum so everyone can enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. We request that any non-registered visitors leave all apartments by 10.30pm (22:30) each evening. Please also extend this courtesy to our neighbours when entering and exiting the building or car park.

It would be very much appreciated if you were to remove your shoes to lessen noise between apartments.

Victoria Street Apartments has a strict ‘NO PARTY’ Policy.

CLEANING
Guests are responsible for the removal of their own rubbish on a daily basis. The apartment should be left in the same manner as which you found it. An excess cleaning fee maybe charged if this requirement is not met.

HOUSEKEEPING APARTMENT SERVICING
Victoria Street Apartments will be fully cleaned every seven (7) days. Fresh bed linen and towels will be provided. For your convenience, complimentary tea and coffee and basic toiletries are provided for your first night stay.

SMOKING POLICY
Victoria Street Apartments are non-smoking throughout.

UNACCOMPANIED MINOR/S
Victoria Street Apartments strongly advises against minors staying alone without adult supervision for safety reasons, as our apartments have sharp knives, internal and external stairs (which do not have child safety barriers) and blind cords, all of which may be hazardous to minors staying alone. Victoria Street Apartments cannot accept any responsibility for injury caused by an unsupervised minor staying in our apartments, nor can we provide the service of supervising and caring for a minor during their stay.

PETS
Victoria Street Apartments does not permit pets.

SECURITY AND LOSS PREVENTION
Victoria Street Apartments takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises.

PAYMENTS
Payment for your stay will be automatically charged after 12 noon, (3) days prior to your arrival to your Visa or MasterCard account.
Payment by cash will only be accepted at Check-in between the hours of 2pm and 6.00pm. It is essential that you contact us before 12 noon, (3) days prior to your arrival if this is your preferred payment method.
All amounts are charged in $AU (Australian dollars)

Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy requires reservation cancellations or changes to be advised to us by 12- noon (hotel time), three (3) days prior to arrival. If the guest does not arrive, the reservation will be released and any payment for the duration of the booking will be charged.
