Villa Marine Holiday Resort is a unique boutique property, small, quiet and peaceful , providing the best choice of accommodation in Cairns Australia for quality but reasonably priced self-catering accommodation options.
The Resort has apartments and studios to suit your budget. Many have been recently refurbished with a mix of decor styles for that special ambiance. Whilst all studios have much the same layout they are decorated in a style to reflect the unit name. Our family and two-bedroom units will cater to larger groups & families.
We also provide for singles and couples in a self- catering, one bedroom apartment that overlooks the rainforest.
There is an onsite laundry for your use.
Parking is off street
The property is located about 50m from the beach for those lovely early morning walks or moonlit night strolls
Our comprehensive brochure display for tours & activities will tempt & excite you - all activities can be booked from our tours desk at Reception.
We are located 10 minutes north of Cairns at beautiful Yorkeys Knob Beach. It is just a short drive or bus trip to Smithfield Shopping Centre and just a 5 minute drive from James Cook University, Hackett’s Bungy, Skyrail and Tjapukai, making this a great base to do all your local Cairns tours. Villa Marine is just a 10 minute walk to the Yorkeys Knob Boat Club/ Marina (the Yacht Club provides a great place to Dine) and the Half Moon Bay Golf Course.
Local shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarket are just an easy 5 minute walk. Many guests make us a base to visit to the Tablelands, Port Douglas and other Cairns Beaches .
Eco Friendly
We are Cairns first Solar Powered Hotel / Holiday Apartments and are eco friendly. Villa Marine is a great spot to encounter nature because we are located next to the tropical Rainforest and Wetlands, and only 50 metres from Yorkeys Knob Beach.
Pet Friendly Unit
Restrictions apply, pets are permitted only on prior application to the manager and will also depend on the unit availability. This unit is not available to book online – please call direct or email your inquiry.

Terms & Conditions

At time of booking confirmation, credit card details will be taken and be charged with one nights accommodation as a deposit to secure the booking.
Arrival time should be notified to hotel if after 5:00 PM or before 12:00 AM midday.
Note: Early morning arrivals requiring access to room should book the night prior to arrival date.
We have a Pet friendly unit - Pets are permitted only by prior arrangement with management at time of booking.

Payment Policy

Full payment less deposit paid is expected on check-in unless other arrangements are made prior to arrival with management.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: We refund the deposit 100% when you cancel 7 days or more prior to arrival date.
Should you cancel within 7 days of arrival, 1 nights deposit is none refundable.
No refund permitted on shortened stay once you have arrive.
