Credit card required to secure booking. A deposit is taken at time of booking, and all promotional rates are non-refundable. A safety deposit of 50,000 THB must be paid on arrival date in cash and returned on departure date after inspection on any damages in the villa.
We charge 20% service fee on the original bills of groceries and drinks. Our chef and /or Villa Manager will take care of this.
