These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the terms governing reservations, stays, and other services provided by Village Inn Canungra. Deposit / Security Bond
A deposit or security bond is required to secure your booking and cover any potential damages or incidental charges incurred during your stay. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and will be refunded within 7 days after your departure, provided no damages or extra charges are incurred. Please note that failure to pay the deposit within the specified time frame may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we offer the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date, or no-shows, will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.
Property/Room Damage Policy
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or rooms during their stay. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest’s account at repair or replacement cost. We reserve the right to charge the credit card provided at the time of booking for any such damages. Guests are encouraged to report any existing damages or issues in their room upon arrival to avoid being held responsible.
Smoke-Free Rooms / Smoking Cleaning Fee
Village Inn Canungra maintains a smoke-free environment in all our rooms and public areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises. A cleaning fee of AUD 250 will be charged to any guest who violates this policy, to cover the cost of deep cleaning the room to remove smoke odours and residues. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
General
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
Pets are not allowed on the property, except for certified service animals.
All personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
