Our great room sleeps up to six – it can be configured as two super-king beds or four singles plus an additional double fold out couch. It has its own 55" inch Samsung smart TV with Netflix available or sit and read one of the books in our library under the stained-glass of the window seat.

Open plan living areas with spacious fully equipped kitchen features gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer with huge dining table to comfortably seat up to 10. Easily flow out to dine alfresco and enjoy BBQ-ing on the large front deck looking through the pohutukawa trees to the harbour.

Relax in the comfy, air-conditioned lounge on the massive comfortable couch while watching Netflix on the 65" Samsung QLED smart TV. Free ultrafast fibre broadband is available throughout the house with speeds up to 900Mb/s per second.

A family bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet and full separate laundry facilities are available including a massive 13kg Samsung washing machine, clothes line, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
