Waiea Guest Suites are available for the current residents of Waiea to reserve for their visiting family and friends. Guests of the Waiea Guest Suites have access, with their hosting resident, to the 7th floor Amenity Deck to enjoy the Infinity Pool, Fitness Center, Spa, Sunset Bar & Community Lounge. A full-service Concierge Team is available daily from 8:00am - 8:00pm to arrange dining, activity or transportation requests that your guests may have and our Front Desk Ambassadors are available to assist 24 hours daily.

Terms & Conditions
Guest suite reservation requests may be submitted by a registered resident or authorized person(s) to the Waiea Front Desk. Reservations are finalized by the Waiea Residential Service Manager, who will send the unit owner or authorized agent an email confirmation of approved reservation. Reservations are on a first-come, first-basis and may be submitted no more than 180 days prior to arrival. Reservations may be made for a maximum of 1 week (7 days), with exceptions. Each unit may reserve no more than 2 guest suites at a time unless no other requests are received 15 days prior to the arrival date.
Suites 1, 2, and 3 each sleep 2 adults. One rollaway bed or one additional crib may be provided upon availability. Suites 4 and 5 each sleep 2 adults only.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Requests for complimentary early check-in or complimentary late check-out may be accepted in advance and will be confirmed on the morning of the requested date. These requests are approved or denied based on availability. Guaranteed early check-in or guaranteed late check-out will incur a charge of 1 additional night.
All guests must be registered with and present a valid ID at check-in. Parties and large groups are not permitted in the Guest Suites. The resident that the guests are visiting must be in residence throughout the reservation period. Guests staying in the Guest Suites must adhere to all Association rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. The unit owner will be held responsible for the actions of the resident’s guests. Guests may utilize the building amenities but must be accompanied by a resident. Pets, with the exception of Service Animals, are not permitted in the Guest Suites. All guests and their vehicles must be registered with the Residential Services Manager.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. A fee of $250.00 will be charged for non-compliance.
Inspections: Guests Suites are inspected by staff before check-in and after check-out. The unit owner assumes all responsibility for any damages to the suite. A detailed report will be issued to the Board of Directors and respective unit owner, and any charges for damages or missing items may be applied to the owner’s maintenance fee.
Lost keys must be reported to the Front Desk immediately. FOB replacement fee is $150.00 and the Suite key replacement fee is $150.00 (plus applicable taxes). Any damage or fines incurred will be the responsibility of the resident or unit owner.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at or before check-in.
These costs may be applied directly to the owner’s maintenance fee statement.
Credit card payments are accepted for convenience and will incur additional fees.
Guest Suites cost from $200 per night for all Queen Bed Rooms and $250 per night for all King Bed rooms plus applicable taxes and fees. An additional service fee up to 2.75% will be applied to credit card payments.

Waiea requires parties who will be paying by credit card to place their card number on file. A non-refundable processing fee of $1 will be charged for inputting your card. The Residential Services Manager can provide instructions.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation must be cancelled within 48 hours of the check-in date. For late cancellations or no-shows, a one-night penalty will be charged to the credit card on file or to the unit owner’s maintenance fee account. Modifications to reservations are based on availability.
Repeat no-shows and last-minute cancellations by the same unit may result in reservation restrictions.
Waiea reserves the right to cancel any reservation without prior notice due to emergencies and/or circumstances beyond our control. Waiea will not be responsible for providing alternate accommodations.
