Waiea Guest Suites are available for the current residents of Waiea to reserve for their visiting family and friends. Guests of the Waiea Guest Suites have access, with their hosting resident, to the 7th floor Amenity Deck to enjoy the Infinity Pool, Fitness Center, Spa, Sunset Bar & Community Lounge. A full-service Concierge Team is available daily from 8:00am - 8:00pm to arrange any dining, activity or transportation requests that your guests may have and our Front Desk Ambassadors are available to assist 24 hours daily.

Terms & Conditions
Guest suite reservation requests may be submitted by a registered resident or authorized person(s) with Waiea Front Desk. An email notification will be sent to the unit owner or authorized agent upon every reservation. Reservations may be made for a maximum of 1 week (7 days), with exceptions. Each unit may reserve no more than 2 guest suites at a time unless no other requests are received by 3 days prior to the check-in date. Reservation requests are taken on a first-come, first-served basis, and may be approved no more than 6 months (120 days) prior to arrival.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Requests for complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs may be accepted in advanced and will be considered on the morning of the requested date. These requests are approved or denied based off current availability. Guaranteed late check-in’s and check-outs will incur a fee.
Guests suites are inspected by staff before check-in and after check out. The resident or owner assumes all responsibility for any damages to the suite. A detailed report will be issued to the Board of Directors and respective homeowner and any charges for damages or missing items will be the homeowners’ responsibility.
Each Waiea Guest Suite can comfortable accommodate a maximum of 2 persons. An additional twin size roll away bed and/or infant play pin may be provided upon availability. All guests and their vehicles must be registered with Management.
Parties and large groups are not permitted in the Guest Suites.
The resident of whom the guests are visiting must be in residence throughout the reservation period.
A maximum of 2 overnight guest parking passes will be granted per room.
Guests staying in the Guest Suites must adhere to all Association rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. The home owner will be held responsible for the actions of their guests and the guests of their tenants, if any.
Guests may utilize the other building amenities, but must be accompanied by a home owner or resident.
Pets, with the exception of Assistance Animals, are not permitted in the Guest Suites.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
The policies set forth herein are directives adopted by the Board of Directors to be carried out accordingly by Waiea Management. The purpose of this policy is to establish a uniform set of guidelines and procedures which will be used by all employees of the Association to decrease the likelihood of issues and to promote the safety and security of all staff and residents.
Guest Suites cost from $200 per night for all Queen Bed Rooms and $250 per night for all King Bed rooms plus applicable taxes and fees. This includes Transient Accommodation Tax (10.25%), General Excise Tax (4.712%), and a county surcharge (0.5%) bringing the total cost for Queen Bed rooms to $230.92 and King Bed rooms to $288.65.
An additional service fee up to 2.75% will be applied to credit card payments.
A lost room key carries a replacement fee of $100.
These costs may be paid via check, money order, credit card, or it may be applied directly to the owner’s maintenance fee statement upon owners request.
Modifications to reservations are based on availability. There is no penalty fee for cancellations. However, no-show reservations or last minute cancellations within 24 hours of the Check-In date will be reported to management. Repeat reports may cause restrictions to future Guest Suite reservations.
