Wanaka Heights Motel
Wanaka Heights Motel offers guests friendly, clean tidy accommodation in a superb location. Wanaka Heights Motel is situated on a high rise looking out over the Lake Wanaka township, Lake Wanaka and surrounding mountains. We are only 5 minutes walk to the lakeside town centre with retail shops, cafe's, and restaurants. Our famous Cinema Paradiso and Puzzling World are only a 6-10 minute walk.
The Wanaka golf course is just 200 metres away and we are close to the Mt Aspiring National Park. Warbirds Over Wanaka is held at Wanaka Airport which is a short 10 minute drive. All ski fields are located outside of Wanaka within a 30 minute drive.
All our accommodation facilities have stunning views with their own balconies or patios. We have 2 studio units and 8 family units. Studios have microwaves and tea/coffee/toast making, all family units have full kitchen facilities with ovens, all units have en suite bathrooms, smart TV's 60 +SKY channels and cozy wall heating. Guest laundry, outdoor bar-b-que and ski drying room on site. Free wifi .

Terms & Conditions
Acceptance Terms: I hereby accept full responsibility for any charges incurred during my stay. I also acknowledge that I am also personally liable for payment for any damage to the room or property, either accidental or malicious, by myself or my guests and that remaining balances can be charged to my credit card. This will include removal of motel items ei. linen, crockery, cutlery, pillows, blankets, cooking utensils, glassware etc. This also includes any costs incurred by us or loss of income due to smoking or the cooking of odorous foods in the rooms by guests.
Any visitors to guest rooms must report to reception for directions where to park any vehicles, and must have vacated the rooms by 10pm unless arranged prior with reception. Any children under the age of 14years must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Any damage (as in terms and conditions) to rooms will be charged to the credit card number held as security. Thank you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may incur an admin fee of $25.
No show's will incur first night's accommodation charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will be charged in full and refunded if the room is re-sold.
We strongly advise taking out travel insurance to cover things such as weather related issues, injuries, sickness etc.
