Warroora Station (pronounced Warra) is a family run cattle station adjacent to the World Heritage Ningaloo Reef coastline, offering eco-friendly wilderness beach camping and authentic Station Stay Accommodation. Situated between Carnarvon and Exmouth, only 1 hour South of Coral Bay, we offer a wide range of accommodation around our Homestead, it is the ideal place to experience the Australian outback. in its most natural.

Our Station Stay complex is ideal for those not set up with their own camping equipment, but who still want to enjoy the unique experience of Warroora Station and its stunning coastline. Our guests can choose between the modern Ocean view villa, only 500m from the beach, the charming Homestead, ideal for group or self-contained cottage located 1.5km from the beach.

The complex is accessible with 2WD but 4WD vehicles are required to explore the coast. 24km on well-maintained gravel road. Please note that Warroora Station use alternate energy and we do NOT have air-conditioning facilities.

We now have a unique station campground nestled under the gum tree’s and only located 1500metres from the beach.
Get a taste of the Ningaloo reef and life on a working cattle station or do a 4wd tour and discover 57 km’s of pristine coastline from Amherst coast all the way to Coral Bay.

We offer two different campgrounds. The first, Ghost gum valley, offers unpowered campsites with a friendly outback atmosphere. Our campsites are suitable for tents, campervans or big rigs with the option for the use of generators if you so desire.

The second campground has the use of a large camp kitchen, shower and toilet amenities (fridge, freezer, gas stove/oven, gas BBQ,tables, chairs, hot running water in sinks and a fire pit area)

The camp grounds are spacious with lots of wild life running around, including kangaroo’s, goanna’s, emus as well as cattle . The bird life is also prolific with bush turkeys, whistling kites, nankeen kestrels, falcons and plenty of corellas and finches. Budgerigars are known to show up after rain.

Stay as long as you want to experience the authentic sole of the outback. Reconnect with the land, the wilderness and your family or friends. We are pet friendly. Pets do need to be well behaved and kept on a leash and cleaned up after.

Unpowered campsites cost $13 per person per night.
Unpowered campsites cost $6.00 per child per night.

Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 4:00pm

Due to the fragile nature of this unique environment we ask that you observe the following:
• Travel slowly for safety reasons for yourselves, for the protection of the wildlife in its natural habitat and for the livestock. Please let your tyres down to save the tracks.
• Bring with you a chemical toilet and dispose of contents in the special chemical toilet stations provided on the property. You can hire toilets for $10 per day or $50 per week, from the Homestead
• Bring all your own wood or purchase from our Office (please do not collect on Warroora) if you intend on having a campfire. Please check fire conditions before lighting a fire. Be
responsible with fire – don’t leave any camp fires places unattended
• Don’t litter. Please take all your rubbish to. This included cigarettes butts, toilet paper.
• NO motorbikes and quad bikes are allowed on the property

Charlie's is self-contained accommodation with a kitchen, small living room and 2 bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has been renovated recently. This is a basic accommodation but ideal for people who don't want to camp but still want to enjoy what Warroora station has to offer.

At the newly renovated Stockman's Lodge we now offer 7 comfortable rooms with 1 double or 2 single beds. The rooms are freshly refurbished with new beds, linen, bedside table and benches (linen and towels provided). The rooms lead onto a new stylish kitchen with veranda's that overlook the Homestead complex with a dining area.

The communal dining room and self-contained kitchen with all amenities needed to prepare food, includes gas cook top, fridges and freezer, a barbecue area and fire pit which makes this space very relaxing. Shared bathrooms (4 toilets and showers) are located at the back of the complex. This includes laundry facilities.

The lodge is ideally located only 1km away from the Ningaloo Reef with private beach access (4WD required). This is perfect for friends or family to enjoy time together and reconnect with Mother Nature. Book the whole place out for up to 14 people.

Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as all bookings for Warroora Station are accepted on the basis that these Terms and Conditions have been read and understood. Failure to abide by these Terms and Conditions permits management to refuse the key, amend the rental or apply additional charges and/or terminate the occupancy.

CORONAVIRUS COVID-19
We would also like to assure you that we understand the trust our customers place in us and take this responsibility seriously. These measures are designed to protect you and our staff, as well as the communities in which we belong.

Acknowledge/agree that:
o Guests agree to comply with all social distancing restrictions while at Warroora Station including:
o Not gathering inside or outside in groups of more than ten people
o Ensuring there is not less than 4 square metres of space for each person at any gathering, including in any camp or on any site.

Acknowledge that:
o Guests have not returned from overseas in the past 14 days
o Guest do not have not had contact with a person who has a reported or suspected case of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the past 14 days
o Guests are not required to be in self-isolation/quarantine
o Guests do not have any symptoms consistent with coronavirus (COVID-19)

CLEANING BOND
An extra cleaning charge of AUD150 may be incurred at the end of your stay if the property is left in an overly dirty or untidy state, of if the barbecue or dishes are left dirty. The AUD150 bond will only be withheld in cases of damage, theft or extra cleaning.
Cancellation Policy

AMENDMENTS TO DATE
1. Amendments made within 72 hours prior to check-in will be processed at the discretion of the management.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
1. Standard check-in is 2 pm for accommodation bookings, and standard checkout is 10 am.
2. For arrival outside Warroora Station’s office hours (8 am to 5 pm), please advise arrival details at the time of booking so that we can arrange to prepare after hours check-in information for you.
3. Late checkout, up to 12 pm, is at the discretion of management and must be requested the night before checkout and can only be confirmed on the morning of departure.

GENERAL DAMAGES, BREAKAGES, BREACHES OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The facilities we manage are for residential short-stay accommodation only.
2. Functions and/or parties will be charged a venue hire, bookings made at managements discretion.
3. All damages, breakages or losses to property, furniture and furnishings are to be reported to the management by the guest immediately.
4. Should you discover a fault, breakage or maintenance/safety issue when you arrive, please advise our office or we will consider those the responsibility of the current guest and charge accordingly.
5. Guests and invitees are expected to behave in a manner which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests within the resort.
6. In the event that the property has been damaged (whether such damage is willful or not) and/or left in an excessively dirty or untidy state, it will be at the discretion of management to charge guests for damage.
7. To cover such costs, management may enter a DEBIT ON THE CREDIT CARD OF THE GUESTS and the guest hereby authorizes management to do so.
8. This also applies to any theft of linen (towels, sheets, etc) appliances, or anything provided to guests by Warroora Station.
9. Any legal conflict, which may arise, shall be resolved in the legal jurisdiction of Western Australia.

Cancellation Policy

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
Where a customer cancels due to Government restrictions that are either not removed as expected, extended, or reimposed, the customer will be contacted and offered a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time), where such an offer is at the absolute discretion of the operator. The operator reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses, dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer.

1. No-shows and cancellations made less than 1 week (7 days) prior to arrival, there is NO refund.
2. 25% of payment is NON Refundable
3. If guests are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation after arrival and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded (if any) is at the discretion of the management.
4. No refund - we are not be held responsible for external environmental conditions outside our control such as bad weather such as wind, rain, road closure, cyclone, etc.
