Warroora Station (pronounced Warra) is a family run cattle station adjacent to the World Heritage Ningaloo Reef coastline, offering authentic Station Stay Accommodation and Homestead campground. Situated between Carnarvon and Exmouth, only 1 hour South of Coral Bay, we offer a wide range of accommodation around our Homestead, it is the ideal place to experience the Australian outback. in its most natural.

Our Station Stay complex is ideal for those not set up with their own camping equipment, but who still want to enjoy the unique experience of Warroora Station and its stunning coastline. Our guests can choose between the modern Ocean view villa, only 500m from the beach, the charming Homestead, ideal for group or self-contained cottage located 1.5km from the beach.

The complex is accessible with 2WD but 4WD vehicles are required to explore the coast. 23km on well-maintained gravel road. Please note that Warroora Station use alternate energy and we do NOT have air-conditioning facilities.

At the newly renovated Stockman's Rooms we now offer 7 comfortable rooms with 1 double or 2 single beds. The rooms are freshly refurbished with new beds, linen, bedside table and benches (linen and towels provided). The rooms lead onto a new stylish kitchen with veranda's that overlook the Homestead complex with a dining area.

The communal dining room and self-contained kitchen with all amenities needed to prepare food, includes gas cook top, fridges and freezer, a barbecue area and fire pit which makes this space very relaxing. Shared basic bathrooms (4 toilets and showers) are located at the back of the complex. This includes laundry facilities.

The Stockman's Rooms are ideally located only 1km away from the Ningaloo Reef with private beach access (4WD required). This is perfect for friends or family to enjoy time together and reconnect with Mother Nature. Book the whole place out for up to 14 people.

Charlie's is self-contained accommodation with a kitchen, small living room and 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). The fully equipped kitchen has been renovated recently. This is a basic accommodation but ideal for people who don't want to camp but still want to enjoy what Warroora station has to offer.

Reconnect with the land, the wilderness and your family & friends. We are pet friendly. Pets do need to be well behaved and kept on a leash and cleaned up after.

• Don’t litter. Please take all your rubbish to the waste management point. This included cigarettes butts.

Terms & Conditions

LOCATION INSTRUCTIONS
Warroora Station is situated halfway between Carnarvon (190km) and Exmouth (190km), and just 1 hour south of Coral Bay. Please use the Southern Access Rd - 24km north of the Minilya Exmouth Rd /North West Coastal Highway turnoff. Turn left at the Lyndon Crossing Rest Area, Warroora is only 23km from the bitumen. It is 2WD access to our Station Stay Accommodation and Office, from here it is 4WD only to access the beaches. In case of rain falls, the Southern entry might get closed. We invite you to take the Northern entry via the coastal road to access the Homestead complex. Mobile telephone reception at WS is generally good, TELSTRA is our only carrier.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through Warroora Station. Placing a booking with WS constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and with the regulations
1. You agree to ensure that all occupants treat the Property and all fittings with reasonable care and you agree to pay for any damage caused by misuse, neglect or abuse during your occupancy.
2. You agree to ensure that all occupants act in a manner that does not cause any nuisance or disturbance to nearby occupiers. We have a strict 10 pm no noise curfew.
3. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and with the regulations.
4. You agree to not exceed the maximum number of occupants specified in the Booking Agreement.
5. Please do understand that rural properties have wild dog eradication programs in place. Pets are permitted on leads but you agree that they are not allowed to enter Warroora accommodation (allowed in enclosed veranda only) or cleaning fees will apply $150.00.
6. We suggest you obtain appropriate travel insurance to protect you from unforeseen circumstances during your stay and your journey. (e.g. road and weather conditions, accidents and injury).

CLEANING FEES
1. Camp Site – please ensure all rubbish has been put in the bin provided and your area is left as you found it and those kitchen facilities are left in a clean and tidy manner. Please do not leave food scraps or rubbish in communal fire pits.
2. You agree to vacate the Property in a reasonably clean condition. You AGREE TO PAY A CLEANING FEE OF $150 if the room/kitchen or BBQ has been not been left in clean condition ( this includes dishes not being washed and put away, fridges not being cleaning out, oven and microwave left dirty and more than normal dirt being left on the floors or walls). The AUD150 bond will only be withheld in cases of damage, theft or extra cleaning.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
1. Standard check-in is 2 pm for accommodation and campsites bookings, and standard checkout is 10 am.
2. Warroora Station’s office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm), LATEST CHECK-IN 6 PM. We DO NOT recommend to drive on the station road at night time due to hazardous livestock on the road!

GENERAL DAMAGES, BREAKAGES, BREACHES OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The facilities we manage are for residential short-stay accommodation only.
2. Functions and/or parties will be charged a venue hire, bookings made at managements discretion.
3. All damages, breakages or losses to property, furniture and furnishings are to be reported to the management by the guest immediately.
4. Should you discover a fault, breakage or maintenance/safety issue when you arrive, please advise our office or we will consider those the responsibility of the current guest and charge accordingly.
5. Guests and invitees are expected to behave in a manner which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests within the resort.
6. If the property has been damaged (whether such damage is wilful or not) and/or left in an excessively dirty or untidy state, it will be at the discretion of management to charge guests for damage.
7. To cover such costs, management may enter a DEBIT ON THE CREDIT CARD OF THE GUESTS and the guest hereby authorizes management to do so.
8. 8. This also applies to any theft of linen (towels, sheets, etc) appliances, or anything provided to guests by Warroora Station.
9. 9. Any legal conflict, which may arise, shall be resolved in the legal jurisdiction of Western Australia.

LIABILITY
You are solely responsible for your belongings and We are under no obligation to replace or compensate, nor shall We be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of Your property being lost, stolen or damaged.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We will not be held responsible or liable in for any accident, direct or indirect loss including but not limited to loss suffered to property or person, damage, fatality, injury, psychological injury, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or health related issue whatsoever during your stay at WS. You agree to fully and finally release and discharge ss from any liability, claim, action, right or entitlement whatsoever You have against us whether known or unknown, whether accrued, contingent or inchoate arising out of, concerning or relating to your stay.

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
Warroora Station Stay will continue to take advice in accordance with health and government guidelines.
If you are displaying COVID-like symptoms, please be aware of the following:
1. COVID-like symptoms at check in: We reserve the right to deny entry to any guests and visitors displaying COVID-like symptoms at our absolute and sole discretion. Symptoms as listed on www.health.gov.au include: Fever, coughing, sore throat, shortness of breath. Other symptoms can include runny nose, headache, muscle or joint pains, nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting, loss of sense of smell, altered sense of taste, loss of appetite and fatigue.
2. COVID-like symptoms during stay: If you start displaying COVID-like symptoms during your stay (fever, coughing, sore throat, shortness of breath), please self-isolate in your accommodation and notify us by calling reception prior to attending the nearest medical facility with COVID testing and following their instructions.
3. Shared amenities: the property reserves the right to close any shared amenities where social distancing is not being observed by guests and visitors or where it is required to do so for the safety of guests and staff.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS POLICY
CAMPING
1. If we receive your email 14 days or more before your arrival date we will refund 50% of the total fee paid.
2. If we receive your email after this time, NO refund will be made.

CANCELLATIONS ACCOMMODATION
1. Cancellation of your booking 14-days’ or more prior to your arrival will incur a NON-REFUNDABLE 20% CANCELLATION FEE. If you choose to rebook for a date in the future, the Booking Deposit fee will be waived.
2. Cancellation of your booking less than 14 days before your arrival date will forfeit your deposit.
3. No-shows and cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) prior to check-in will be subject to a 100 per cent cancellation fee.
4. If you arrive at Warroora after your scheduled check-in date, you will not receive any partial refund for the nights you did not stay. Likewise, if you leave early, Warroora will not provide any reimbursement for the unused portion of your reservation.
5. If guests are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation after arrival and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded (if any) is at the discretion of the management.
6. No refund - we are not be held responsible for external environmental conditions outside our control such as bad weather such as wind, rain, road closure, cyclone, etc.
