Our large studio apartments have a king size bed with a fully self contained kitchen and river views.

1 bedroom apartment:
These apartments have a king size bed and 1 bathroom with a fully self contained kitchen with river views.

2 bedroom apartment:
The largest of our apartment, this has 2 bathrooms, the large second bathroom with a deep soaking bath. Bed options are either 2 x king beds OR 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds, a fully self contained kitchen and river views.

Terms & Conditions

7 days prior to your check in date the full accomodation for your stay will be processed onto your credit card supplied. The first night of accomodation is a non refundable deposit. This will be processed in house. (Extended and/or multiple room bookings will pay a non refundable 10% deposit at time of reservation.) Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your reservation. Please review the information carefully and contact us if you have any questions or require any changes.

Please review our Cancellation Policy below. Securing your reservation with a credit card means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
The remaining balance of your total room cost including taxes is due on check out of your apartment. Our accommodation accepts cash and credit card. Traveler’s checks are not accepted.
International guests are required to allow a copy of passport to be taking on day of check-in.

Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Your accomodation will be processed 7 days prior to check in, after this date your first nights accomodation will be a non refundable deposit. Any extra’s will be charged on the day of departure, all processed in-house through provided credit card details.

Extended and/or multiple room bookings will be charged a 10% non refundable deposit to your credit card at time of reservation. Also may require payments throughout stay that will be agreed on.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made a full refund will be processed up until 7 days before check in. If cancellation is made with in 7 days of your check the first nights accomodation will be taken as a non refundable deposit.

Extended and/or multiple room bookings will pay a non refundable 10% deposit at time of reservation. A non refundable full weeks accomodation will be processed (less the deposit) 7 days prior to check in.
