By making a booking through this site the guest(s) agrees to these terms and conditions.
This accommodation is only available for cancer patients seeking temporary accommodation while undergoing treatment.
Check-in time is 2-5 pm on the arrival date and check out time is no later than 12pm on departure date. Alternate check in/out times are subject to prior arrangement and availability.
Number of guests must not exceed the number shown on the booking.
For the comfort and benefit of our guests, Westcare Accommodation is a strictly non-smoking establishment.
Linen, pillows, blankets and towels are provided as part of your accommodation and must be left where supplied in the bedroom or bathroom.
The person booking the room or the cardholder is deemed to be responsible for their actions and those of any of their party. Westcare reserves the right to replace, with new, any missing or damaged items. Any additional cleaning will be charged appropriately and may include any cost for loss of business. The guest acknowledges that the charge may be debited from the credit card or charge facility used for payment of the booking.
Guests are responsible for keeping all personal items and valuables secure and Westcare accepts no responsibility/liability for any such item/s that may be lost, stolen or damaged.
It is the responsibility of the guest to advise the management of any allergy, dietary or other special needs.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
If due to unforeseen circumstances (Fire, Power/Gas outrage etc.) this accommodation becomes unavailable, Westcare will attempt to assist with finding alternate accommodation. If this is not possible Westcare will only refund the paid amount.
Payment in full for rooms and any extras is required in Australian $ prior to check in.
We accept payment via Visa and MasterCard with a 2.6% processing surcharge.
If you wish to vary or cancel your booking please contact us immediately.
Payments are fully refundable when cancelled a minimum of 7 days prior to your nominated check in.
A variation reducing the number of nights stayed will be treated as a cancellation with respect to those nights.
If management is able to relet the rooms for the cancelled period a further refund may be issued.
