Check-out is 10am.
Parking-2.1 metre clearance upon entry. 1 vehicle per room. No boats, campers, trailers.
Carpark is for registered guests only.
When making a reservation without a credit card, a deposit equivalent to one nights accommodation is required.
Tenants will take full responsibility for any invited guests.
Tenants are liable for any breakages or damages during their stay.
No parties or large gatherings to be held on the premises unless approved by management.
No excessive noise between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
Any disturbances that result in a complaint from other guests, neighbours and/or police may result in an eviction with no refund.
No animals allowed with the exception of service/assistance dogs accompanied by the appropriate paperwork.

If booking without a credit card, a deposit equivalent to one night accommodation is required.
Balance can be paid by credit, eftpos or cash.
Total amount is to be paid before checkout.

For deposit/transfer please use name or booking number for reference.

Cancellation Policy

Within 24 hours of checkin date - the equivalent of 1 night accommodation per room booked.
No appearance - The first night is payable and remainder of booking cancelled
Early check-out - please speak to staff to discuss arrangements..

Cancelling a booking that was pre-paid direct to us will incur a $25.00 admin fee.
