Thank you for booking to stay with us at the White Manor Motel!

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Check-in Time 2 pm - 10 pm

- Our on-site reception is closed.
- Check-ins and enquiries are managed remotely, so we MUST have the guest's mobile number, not a home phone or business number, supplied with your booking.
- Check-ins are done via text message on the day of arrival.
- We do not have room keys. Access to rooms is with a door code.

On the MORNING OF ARRIVAL

- We send you an initial text message. Please REPLY to that.
- Once you have replied, AND when your room is ready, we TEXT you all your check in details with your room number, door code and other instructions. Your door code is used instead of a key.

BIKES NOT TO BE TAKEN INTO ROOMS

ALL bikes are to be kept secured onto cars and NOT taken into rooms. Our rooms are compact and it is an Occupational Health and Safety issue. If this does not suit, it would be best to cancel your booking.

PAYMENT :
A valid credit card must be provided as full payment for your booking will be processed the day prior to arrival.

CHECK-IN: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Guests have from 2 pm – 10 pm to check-in. We do allow for traffic delays, however, allowing for 1 hour of traffic delays, we have a cut off time of 11 pm, after which you will not be able to access your room.

ADDITIONAL FEES:

Smoking or cooking in rooms incur a $200 cleaning fee. Damage will incur the necessary replacement/ maintenance cost. If the room is left such that extra cleaning is required, additional cleaning fees will be incurred, commensurate with our costs.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa/MasterCard/AMEX
Please note there is a 1.5% surcharge for payment by Visa and Master card.
Please note there is a 2.5% surcharge for payment by AMEX

Payment without surcharge can be made by direct bank transfer, however, payment must be received 24 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For bookings between 1st September and 30th June a 48 hour cancellation policy applies.

For bookings in July and August a two week cancellation policy applies.

In case of no -show, first night will be charged.
