Thank you for booking with The Concierge, the premier brand and your excellent choice for serviced apartments in the Philippines!

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
We are only open from 9am-9pm.
Check in time is 3:00pm. If you would like to check in prior to 3:00pm, please contact the office 24 hours PRIOR to your arrival to confirm your property will be ready for an early arrival. We cannot guarantee early arrivals more than 24 hours prior to your check in date. There is a fee of P1500 for an early arrival.
Check out time is 12:00nn. Guests should return their keys to the office by 12nn of their departure date. Departures after 12nn will incur a P1500 fee. The guest should notify the office ahead of time for an early check out.
Detailed check in instructions for the property reserved should be provided by the guest, 2-3 days before arrival.
WE DO NOT OPERATE 24 HOURS, guest/s should advise the office for any early or late arrivals.

OCCUPANCY:
The ones that are allowed to stay in the unit are the names that are appearing in the move-in permit. Upon check-in you will need to leave a valid photo ID at the lobby, PLEASE INCLUDE ALL NAMES OF GUEST/S STAYING. This is for security purpose. Please know that Security is very strict on who enters the building. Overcrowding is not permitted.
A room can only occupy [3 persons]. All guests age 1 and older are counted in the occupancy. The Concierge does not provide extra bedding. Misrepresentation of the number of occupants may result in the guest/s to be charged. NO house parties, loud music, etc. are allowed at any property. Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM.

PARKING:
The property has a limited number of parking slots located in front of commercial areas and at the clubhouse. If you are going to exceed two vehicles, please contact the office for further instructions. RVs, campers, jeepneys, buses, etc. are not allowed to park. Parking lots are not free, costing P100.00-150.00/overnight.

SMOKING:
All of our properties are NON-SMOKING. There is a violation fee of P350.00 for smoking in any property by evidence of residual smoke and/or cigarette/cigar butts anywhere on the property. You may smoke outside and at the balcony and dispose of the butts properly if there are NO fire restrictions in effect.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Housekeeping is provided free of charge. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, please call our office to book for housekeeping The service must be book 1-2 days ahead for us to confirm the availability..

AMENITIES:
Guests are given access to amenities located inside the property with corresponding charges. Basketball, Tennis and Badminton Courts are operational from 6:00am to 10:00pm. Swimming pools are open from 8:00am to 10:00pm. All amenities will charge guests with higher rates during holidays.

Payment Policy

To guarantee your reservation, please settle the 50% NON-REFUNDABLE payment thru bank deposit or PayPal/credit card (plus 5%) strictly on or before reservation date. If you decide to pay via credit card, please send us a message starting your personal email address, date of reservation so we can send the invoice. The Concierge cannot guarantee the availability of the rooms without any deposits.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation received within 14 day/s prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night/s charge. Any cancellation received within 7 day/s prior to arrival will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
