Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Winston Apartments
1. The name and contact details of all guests staying overnight must be supplied to Winston Apartments at time of check in and all guests who visit the apartment shall be registered. Photo ID is required.
2. Guests will be held accountable for any damage to the apartment and contents during the stay dates. Winston recommend checking the apartment upon arrival. If you have any concerns with your apartment upon arrival, please notify reception staff immediately. The registered guests will be liable for damages caused (including those by third parties visiting the apartment) which will result in forfeiting any deposits, pre-payment, cash security deposit and also may be subject to additional charges. Winston reserve the right to process any charges in addition to accommodation to the presented credit card supplied at check-in/arrival.
3. All Owners Corporation rules must be adhered to at all times. A full copy of the Owners Corporations Rules are available from reception on request. The guests shall be responsible for any damage caused to the common property. This may also lead to eviction and police being called. A guest is subject to such eviction should the following occur:
• Intoxication and unsavoury behaviour
• Overcrowding - when the number of persons in the apartment exceeds the capacity (see maximum capacity per apartment table)
• Physical or verbal assault towards Winston representatives, residents or other guests
• Wilful damage to Winston’s property or common property
• Any incident for which the police need to be called onto the premises
• Any behaviour posing a safety threat to others
• Ignoring advice to reduce excessive noise (music or other noise)
• Throwing of objects over the apartment balconies or from windows
• Smoking within the apartment (a cleaning and deodorizing fine will also apply)
Additional clauses:
i. Check-in/arrival time is from 2pm. We allow guests to arrive earlier and can store any luggage until the apartment is ready. Check-out/departure time is prior to 10am - late check-out after this time may incur an extra night’s charge. If the hotel is fully committed on the departure date, late departures or extensions not already confirmed will not be permitted.
ii. Guests acknowledge that Winston does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond Winston’s control including, but not limited to, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.
iii. Winston takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises.
iv. No pets are permitted at any locations without prior written consent of Winston. Having an animal will be considered a breach of your accommodation conditions and you will be asked to leave or remove the animal.
v. Winston reserves the right to refuse a guest entry to the hotel or accommodation for any reason whatsoever including where the guest has engaged in conduct on a previous occasion adverse to the apartment.
The guests shall indemnify and hold harmless Winston on Collins of and from any and all claims, demands, and losses, costs arising out of or related to the occupancy by the guests.

Payment Policy

The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.

If you prefer bank transfer, please pay your room rate within three business days after the invoice issued.
