The Wisemans Inn offers pub-style accommodation with 11 rooms and excellent facilities in the heart of Wisemans Ferry.

The Wisemans Inn, perched on the banks of the Hawkesbury River since 1827 serves as the epitome of classic Australian pub-style accommodation. Close enough to Sydney to escape the grind at the last minute, yet far enough to immerse in the relaxed atmosphere of nature.

There are two types of accommodation at the Wisemans Inn with hotel rooms on the second floor of the hotel as well as alternate motel units situated adjacent to the hotel. The five rooms above the hotel are individually styled and have shared bathroom facilities and include air conditioning, bar fridge and tea & coffee facilities. The motel units have private bathrooms, air conditioning, tea & coffee facilities and bar fridge.

Wisemans Inn is the perfect place to catch up with friends over a drink. The Bistro proudly serves quality, gourmet steak sourced from local, family-owned cattle - offering a unique “from paddock to plate’ dining experience. Amenities sure to keep everyone occupied including pool tables, kids playground beer garden, and even our own on-site Cobham Hall Museum!

Wisemans Ferry offers a myriad of things to eat, participate in and explore! The Mangrove Mountain Markets offer a selection of local artisanal delicacies amongst the shade-bearing trees every last Sunday of the month. If you’re more of an adrenaline-junkie, the river hosts a variety of water sports such as wakeboarding, water-skiing, and tubing.

Terms & Conditions

Please read terms and conditions before booking. Upon booking, you are deemed to have agreed to the below terms and conditions.

* Check in time is from 2pm to 9pm. Guests wishing to check in after hours must contact the hotel prior to check in date to arrange.
* Check out time is strictly by 10am. Failure to check out by 10am may result in another night’s stay being charged.
* Guests must provide a driver’s license/passport, mobile phone contact number and email address at the time of check-in. A valid credit card is required upon check-in to cover any incidentals or damage.
* Smoking is prohibited on all levels & in all rooms – a fee of from $250 will be added to the room charge to cover lost revenue and additional cleaning. In the event whereby smoking in a guest room sets off a false fire alarm, a fee of $1,100 will apply.
* Room conditions: No excessive noise of traffic to and from the room. No exceeding number of Guests allowed per room. Drunken or Disorderly behaviour is prohibited. Linen & Towels will be counted and damages or theft may result in charges to your credit card.
* Cleaning charge: In the event that there is extra cleaning required a minimum cleaning charge of $50 will be levied to the room charge.
* Child Policy: Children under 2 free of charge in existing bedding.

Payment Policy

* Best Available Rates: a refundable deposit of the full amount of the first night is required at time of booking. If you depart early, the below cancellation policy applies to any nights you wish to cancel.

* Non-refundable Rates: a non-refundable deposit of the full amount of the stay is required at time of booking. This includes Book Today & Save, Stay 2 & Save and Stay 3 & Save.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Cash payments are also accepted, however, a valid credit card is still required upon check-in to cover any incidentals or damage.
A credit card surcharge of 1.5% applies to all credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

* Best Available Rates: If booking cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

* Special Events: Requires full pre-payment with no changes or refunds permitted. A minimum 2-night stay is required unless otherwise stated.
