Terms & Conditions

Deposit
Payment of the deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the below conditions of accommodation hire.
Cancellation policy (If caused by the guest)
Deposits paid are non refundable and non transferable. If your booking is cancelled prior to 14 days of your arrival 50% of your total is non refundable. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival your total is non refundable regardless of the circumstances, including, but not limited to Covid related reasons.
Indemnity
The Hirer agrees that the Hirer and any of the Hirer’s party will not hold Woodlane Cottages or any of its associated partners liable for any personal injury or property loss whilst on Woodlane Cottages property located at 45 McCarthy Rd, Nulkaba, NSW. All activity engaged in whilst on the Woodlane Cottages property, is at the Hirer and their party’s own risk.
Guest Numbers
Should the number in the group exceed that originally booked by the Hirer, the nominated credit card will be charged the applicable fees per extra adult/child. If the maximum number of guests set by Woodlane Cottages is exceeded for the accommodation booked, your booking will be terminated, and all guests will be asked to leave the property with no refund given.
Kookaburra cottage, Currawong cottage and Blue Wren villa each have the option of one double sofa bed and one porta cot. Fantail and Ironbark each have the option of one porta cot. Additional bedding MUST be pre booked as cleaners need to prepare the accommodation prior to your arrival. Additional occupant fees include the supply of linen (cot linen is not provided) and preparation of the extra bedding. Sofa beds and cots are checked by management prior to and after each hire, in the event of any damage during a stay the full replacement cost will be liable to be paid for by the Hirer.
Damage
Any damage (or missing items) other than normal wear and tear to the property and its contents or lack of general cleanliness (ash from the wood fire, carpet burns, mud/stains of any kind on the carpet, hard floors, furniture or bedding; dirty dishes, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc) at the end of the hire will be paid for by the Hirer or deducted from the nominated credit card.
Smoking / Vaping Policy
There is a NO SMOKING/VAPING policy inside the cottages at Woodlane Cottages. Additional cleaning fees will be charged to the nominated credit card for the dry cleaning and/or laundering of all affected soft furnishings within the cottage including bedding, curtains, cushions, lounges. If guests do smoke outside, please place all cigarette butts in the ashtray or bins provided, do NOT throw cigarette butts on the ground as we live in a bush fire prone environment.
BBQs
Should you use the BBQ, please ensure you clean it with the BBQ tools provided in the kitchen drawer, to avoid an additional cleaning fee being charged to the nominated credit card.
Rubbish
Please dispose of all rubbish including bottle tops, cigarette butts & food scraps into the bins provided on your verandah, not on the surrounding grounds. Please place disposable nappies into the bins on your verandah NOT in the kitchen or bathroom bins.
An additional large skip bin and recycle bins for return and earn glass and plastic bottles ONLY are located in the centre of the accommodation.
Offensive Behaviour
Should, in the opinion of Woodlane Cottages management the Hirer or any of their group be found to be causing excess noise after curfew at 10pm or offence to other guests or staff, the booking will be immediately terminated, and the Hirer and their entire group be requested to leave the property. Intoxication from drugs or alcohol by the Hirer or any of their group, whilst on the Woodlane Cottages property will cause termination of the hire and the Hirer and their group will be requested to leave the property. No refunds of booking fees will be given in these circumstances.
Swimming Pool
The pool is open 8am to 8pm from October to April. Food & drink is NOT to be taken into the pool enclosure. Should guests contaminate the pool with broken glass, the Hirer will be liable for all costs associated with removal, cleaning and replacement of water. All children under the age of 12 years must be supervised at all times by an adult. Unsupervised children will be asked to leave the pool area. Infants must wear a swimming nappy. NO bombing into the pool for safety and to minimise splash out as we rely on rainwater to fill the pool after water loss.
Check in and Check Out
Check in is after 2pm and check out is no later than 10am. Cleaners arrive at 10am to commence cleaning for new guest arrivals.
No Pets
Sorry although we love animals, pets are NOT permitted while staying at Woodlane Cottages. We do not permit animals inside our accommodation for hygiene reasons and our property is not securely fenced.

Payment Policy

A 50% non refundable deposit per cottage / villa is required to secure your booking. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.

The outstanding balance is automatically processed to your credit card 30 days prior to arrival, unless payment has been received by direct deposit prior to the balance due date.

Payment via direct deposit to Woodlane Cottages, BSB 012670 Account 392996811. Please add your surname as reference on the payment.

We accept Visa & MasterCard, a 2.5% fee applies and Amex, a 3.5% fee applies.
