Policies and Terms & Conditions for Woolmers Estate:
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards with our convenient self-check-in service. Instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.
Check-out is by 10 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
Reservation Policy:
A credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
Full payment will be taken within 24 hours of check-in time.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival will incur no fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged one nights accomodation.
No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in time will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Children and Extra Beds:
Children of all ages are welcome.
Extra beds or cots are available on request and must be confirmed by the hotel.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed, service animals with valid certification are very welcome.
Smoking Policy:
All cottages and indoor areas are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged for non-compliance.
Damages:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or property during their stay and charges may apply.
Behaviour:
Disruptive behaviour or excessive noise will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without refund.
It is most appreciated if you would wash dishes and leave the rooms neat and tidy.
Privacy Policy:
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of managing your stay and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent.
Please ensure that you understand these terms before confirming your booking. We reserve the right to modify these policies and will communicate any changes prior to your stay.

Payment Policy
Reservation Policy:
To confirm your booking, we will charge the cost of the first night's accommodation to your credit card. This amount is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date.
The remaining balance will be charged to your card within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 7+ Days Before Arrival: If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date, there will be no cancellation fee. Additionally, we will refund the deposit for the first night's accommodation.
Cancellations Within 7 Days of Arrival: For cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival date, the deposit for one night's accommodation will be retained as a cancellation fee.
No-Shows or Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Check-In: In the case of a no-show or if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in time, you will be charged the full amount of your booking.
