We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or invitee of a guest and do not take responsibility for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises. Personal property shall include any personal effects, and motor vehicles parked on the premises. By signing this registration form at check-in, I authorise my credit card to be charged for any damages to the premises, incidental charges, applicable smoking fees, pet fees and/or any other charges relating to my stay at Yarra Valley Grand Hotel.

Payment Policy

Payment Policy:

All accepted card payments attract a non-refundable 1.5% surcharge.

Credit card details are required to secure all reservations

Hotel Rooms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations.

Manager's House: All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Balance will be changed 1 month prior to arrival.

All outstanding payments will be taken on the commencement of cancellation policy period for all other reservations.

Bookings of 3 or more rooms are deemed a Group Booking.
Min 2 night stay for the Managers house for all weekends and Public Holidays.
Min 2 night stay for all group bookings of 6 or more rooms.

Hotel Check-in is between 2.00pm - 6.00pm. Check-in outside of these hours is by prior arrangement only.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation: Minimum 14 Days prior to check in This property requires any cancellations and date changes to be made a minimum of 14 days prior to check in to avoid forfeiting the full amount of the booking.

Cancellations made before this period will occur a 10% cancellation fee.

Discounted Rates: Any rates in this category are treated as non-refundable or cancellable.

Group & Wedding Group Bookings & Special Event dates (ie concerts) - This property requires any cancellation or date change to be made at least 1 month prior to the property's check in time to avoid forfeiting the full amount of the booking. Within 3 months any cancellation will forfeit 50% of the deposit made.
