Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation - YARRAWONGA WATERFRONT APARTMENTS

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing. 

Payment of the rental amount must be received in full 7-days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.  

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss of apartment property and tenant property are the tenants responsibility during their stay. Any damage, breakages, loss or theft must be paid for in full prior to departure. A quote will be provided if necessary. 

Departure - the property should be left in a neat and tidy manner. Check-out time is 10.00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. If you wish to have a late checkout a fee of $100.00 is payable to 4.00pm. This is subject to availability and maybe withdrawn at any time.

The apartment must be left in a neat & tidy manner on departure including removal of all rubbish. An excess cleaning fee will be charged at the rate of $150.00 if additional cleaning is required.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise is prohibited. Please note the Body Corporate have introduced a new ruling regarding prohibiting noise on the outside areas after 12 midnight.  This will be strictly adhered to and if you fail to observe this ruling it will result in immediate termination of rental.

Pets are not permitted due to body corporate rules. 

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangement.

Cancellation Policy

Guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
Guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price in the 7 days before arrival.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
