The Yea Peppercorn Hotel, built in the 1860's, is a treasure trove of original features which give the hotel the ambience and warmth of a bygone era. Terms & Conditions

A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking, handing over of credit card details will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions. If a credit card number is not supplied to confirm the booking Yea Peppercorn Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

For security purposes, credit card details provided at time of booking will be charged on checkout if no other payment is made for the remainder of the booking and if any mini bar items are consumed.

Final Payment

Final payment must be made on arrival or the credit card on file will be debited on departure. Personal cheques will not be accepted at this time.

Payment Options

Prices listed include GST. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa and Mastercard). Prices quoted are in AUD and all payments must be made in AUD.

Online Bookings Payment

A valid credit card is required to complete the booking process online. It will be held to guarantee the booking until you arrive to check-in. At this time, please advise reception staff how you will be making final payment of your account.

House Guests

All occupants of a room/group booking are jointly and severally responsible for payment of all breakages and cost of repairing all damage caused to the room that they are registered in (or in the event of a group booking, the total rooms booked by the group). You are responsible for the conduct of all visitors in your room.

If an occupant’s room is not maintained to acceptable hotel standards of cleanliness and tidiness, and in an orderly manner, the hotel has the right to impose an extra cleaning charge.

Check in/out

Check in times are from 2pm - 6pm - please let the hotel know if you will be arriving after 6pm so that we can arrange an after hours check in.

Check out is 10am.

The hotel will open at 10am, if you are leaving earlier than this time please ensure your bill has been paid before heading up to your room.

Payment Policy

Credit Card details are held to secure the booking and will only be charged upon checkout, unless payment is made prior to checkout. Full payment is preferred on arrival. See cancellation policy for deposit refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Weekend booking cancellations require a minimum of 72 hours notice for refund of deposit.
- Midweek booking cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice for refund of deposit.
- In the event of cancellation within 24-48 hours before your arrival date arrival you will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of your total booking.
- In the event of cancellation or failure to show on day of your booking you will be charged full rate of your booking.
- Public Holidays and Long Weekends - a minimum of 7 business days notice for cancellation, otherwise you will be charged full rate of your booking.
