Welcome to Yidney Rocks Beachfront Apartments on K'gari.
EVERY 7th NIGHT IS FREE
Located half way along the eastern side of K'gari (ocean side) and perched on top of Yidney Rocks and at the water’s edge, are our beautiful beachfront apartments. Sit on our manicured lawn cliffs overlooking the beach and contemplate your plans for the day….. or sit back in the afternoon and relax after a big day out on the beach - then enjoy the sounds of the ocean as you drift off to sleep.
These well-appointed apartments all look over the lawn, face east over the ocean and all three bedroom units have their own private verandas and BBQ facilities. The apartments are ideally suited to accommodate families, fishing groups or people who just want to get away from it all.
Four of the apartments have three bedrooms and sleep eight people. The first bedroom has a double bed (and is facing the ocean), the second bedroom has a double and single bed (and is facing the ocean), and the third bedroom has two double bunks in it.
These four apartments have a combined bathroom and laundry, two toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and living area, microwave, gas top four burner stove, a large fridge and box freezer, TV and DVD. Please note there is no oven in the apartments.
The small Whiting apartment is a one bedroom upstairs apartment that overlooks the beach and is self-contained with full cooking facilities (excluding oven). NO balcony or BBQ facility is provided for the one bedroom unit.
Bedding linen, bath mats and tea towels are supplied. You need to bring your own bath and beach towels, toiletries (including toilet paper), plastic bags and of course all your food requirements.
Your cars are parked at your back door for easy access (no carrying suitcases and boxes up and down pathways or steps). If you are into fishing there is no need to remove your rods from your car to get under trees or into underground car parks.
Many people have told us this is the best accommodation, in the best location on K'gari. We look forward to welcoming you.

Bookings can only be confirmed with a 25% deposit.
Number of Occupants
Due to various government regulations and insurance requirements our occupancy is strictly limited to:
3 Bedroom Units (Greenback, Trevally, Stargazer, Mangrove Jack) – 8 total occupants (including children and infants)
1 Bedroom Unit (Whiting) - 2 total occupants (including children and infants)
Check in/check out times:
Check in is not until 2 pm on arrival date and check out before 10am on departure date. Please note that due to tides and departure times for checking out guests check in prior to 2pm is often not possible. We want to present the apartment in the best possible condition for arriving guests.

Car Parking:
Your vehicle can be parked at your back door allowing easy access and easy unloading of your suitcases and holiday gear.
Additional vehicles can be parked if space is available however some busy times will require parking these in the overflow car park next door.
Cheque payments:
Payment by cheque will be accepted with prior notice.
7th Night Free Special Conditions:
The deposit will be calculated at 25% of the full value of 7 nights of accommodation using the normal nightly rate. Your final account (balance owing) will be reduced by the value of one nights accommodation.
Payment Policy
Bookings are not confirmed until the 25% deposit is processed and the funds received.
Please note that we do NOT charge a surcharge for paying by credit card.
Full payment for the balance is required prior to check in or, on arrival at the time of check in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 21 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of any money paid to us.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival will incur a fee equivalent to one nights accommodation.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival will be non refundable.
Cancellation of nights not used after arrival will be non refundable.
Bookings cancelled due to inclement weather or illness are non refundable.
