Welcome to Yoji Nozawa. Whether you are visiting us for a world-class ski holiday, enjoying the spectacular spring or autumn landscape and hot springs,r coming a long-stay to escape the summer heat or even looking for a quiet place to work outside the city, you’ll feel right at home. Yoji Nozawa is nestled in the quiet Shinyu neighborhood of Nozawa Onsen, next to the river and steps away from the Shinyu Pair Lift. We have three units that will feet most groups' needs:

Yoji House | Your home away from home in Nozawa Onsen
Yoji House is a private 4-bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood near Asagama Onsen. Guests are a short walk from central village restaurants, free hot springs and very close to the fire festival. The big kitchen is great for breakfasts for large groups and families and this unique property has two separate living rooms so kids and parents can enjoy their own space.

Yoji Apartments | Private Nozawa Onsen Holiday Rental
Yoji Apartments is located in a unique property on the bottom two floors of a 80-year-old traditional Japanese house. It is next door to Yoji House and the Studio Apartment. Enjoy your own private 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Nozawa Onsen, a traditional hot spring village and one of Japan's most storied ski towns (home to many winter Olympians). You'll be close to restaurants, cafes, shopping, free hot springs (and a nice pay one with an outdoor bath) and the fire festival (Dosojin Matsuri) grounds, while just 80 steps from the Shinyu Pair Lift which carries right up to the snow. No carrying gear up or down the mountain!

What also makes Yoji Apartments special is that it is actually two separate apartments that can be connected or separated depending on your needs. There are two full bathrooms and showers, a full kitchen on the top floor and a kitchenette on the bottom floor. The upper apartment has a big living room and couch great for families or friends to relax after a full saying of skiing and soaking in hot springs. Free wifi, two TVs with Apple TV. Linens, towels, extra futons as required.

Yoji Studio Apartment | Private Studio in Nozawa Onsen
Our studio apartment is a bright space features a queen bed, full sofa, kitchenette, private bathroom and shower, TV with Apple TV and the soothing sounds of the waterfall that falls into the Yoji Pond outside the window. Great for couples or young families with small children. The Studio Apartment is also next to the new yoga / fitness studio that is available to Yoji Nozawa guests.

Winterland Lodge, Taproom and Gyoza Bar
Boutique, 6-room hotel with onsite craft beer taproom (12 taps), famous gyoza bar (including nozawana gyoza) and Coffee Mok espresso and baked goods every morning. All rooms are simple hotel rooms each with a Japanese-style unit bath. Each room is the same size with a custom bed that sleeps 2 on the queen bed (bottom), single bed on top (bunk) and a pull out single if needed. A family of four can all fit in room room (cozy but doable). Meals are a la carte.
