Pool area is closed at 9pm, please put all pool games, inflatables back in the games room.
Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. The guest will take good care of the property and leave all property including utensils, fixtures, fittings and equipment on the property in a clean and tidy condition.Guests will be responsible for any breakages or extra cleaning, payable to the booking agent.
All personal belongings, baggage, vehicles and other property of the guest of any description shall be the risk of the guest at all times and neither the booking agent or the owner accept any responsibility for any loss or damage thereto.
Guests may only have the nominated number of guests as advertised and no functions allowed.
