Terms & Conditions

All bookings are held in good faith to the arrival /departure date listed in the reservation.
Credit Card details are required at the time of booking to confirm the booking. Full payment is processed on time of arrival.
Our check-in time is from 2:00 pm, an early check-in may be arranged subject to availability. If arrival is expected after 5:00 pm please phone or email us to advise of estimated time of arrival - we make arrangements to leave a room key and instructions at the main reception area. The check-out time is 10:00 am; later check-out times are subject to availability and may incur a day use charge.
A CANCELLATION FEE of one nights' accommodation (for each room booked) will apply to any booking cancelled within 7 days of arrival date, up to 48 hours before arrival date. Cancellations within 48 hours or less of arrival will incur full payment of the cost of accommodation. If no arrival time is specified, it is deemed by 2pm on that day. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, no refund will apply.
