Reservation/Booking Terms

• Minimum stay is 6 nights.

• Rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars. Rates are based on the number of guests confirmed at time of booking.

• Children aged 3 years and above are deemed as adult guest.

• A valid credit card and payment are required to secure and complete your reservation. Upon booking, your credit card will be charged the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.

• All charges for your stay will be in Singapore Dollars.

• Blackout dates may apply.

• In the event that you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, we reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the booking at our discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.

• Bookings are not transferable. No name change is allowed.

We are a pet friendly hotel that understands pets are an extension of your family.

We accept up to 2 pets a room and each pet must weigh less than 35kg. Exotic animals are NOT permitted.

A non-refundable Pet Fee is required upon your arrival. Pet Fee is calculated at $20 per night for each pet.
