Ana Mandara Luxury Retreat
Exclusively Adults only, Luxury Riverside Retreat nestled in a calm bend of the beautiful Hastings River in Port Macquarie.
Set on 2 acres with breath taking views over the Hastings River. Ana Mandara is a relaxed and tranquil refuge in scenic Port Macquarie.
It’s here, in the beautiful curve of the river that you’ll find Ana Mandara tranquillity. Positioned grandly on the water’s edge. We’ve created an ambiance perfect for couples looking for relaxed adult only boutique accommodation. A refuge for you to escape and unwind.
Each of the four guestrooms is a private enclave, luxuriously equipped and designed for relaxation. Our rooms are expansive and well-appointed with plush king-size beds. Three of our rooms feature private balconies, river views and personal spa baths. Our fourth guest room is fully wheelchair accessible and designed for comfort with easy access to facilities including the accessible shower.
Our resident Chef Leo creates an amazing three course gourmet breakfast for you every day. The breakfast menu changes daily, and we source only the freshest ingredients from our garden and local producers.
On arrival you'll be greeted with complimentary drinks and champagne before you relax and explore the region.
In the evening you may choose to dine in at Ana Mandara, and enjoy an indulgent dinner created by our in-house Chef. Bookings are essential

Ana Mandara has four elegantly furnished bedrooms with luxurious furnishings and plush bedding,making the perfect environment for a delightfully relaxing stay.
The rooms are expansive and well - appointed, with pillow top king size beds and en-suites.
Three of our rooms feature private balconies and view over the river and personal spa baths. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer complimentary guest toiletries, luxurious bath robes and slippers, TV, free WiFi and bar fridge.
Our fourth guest room is fully wheelchair accessible and designed to provide comfort,with easy access to facilities including the shower.
The guest lounge / dining area boasts a beautiful log fireplace, HiFi music station with MP3 dock, a cosy couch, its own kitchen space and somewhere to unwind in a group environment .
There is a variety of dining options including alfresco, on the terrace with breathtaking views over the Hastings River.

Ana Mandara Luxury Retreat to charge for unsettled payment on departure. (Cheques are NOT accepted).
I understand that Ana Mandara Luxury Retreat does not take any liability for any lost or stolen items.
In case of excessive noise in the room that disturbs other in-house guests, all guests in the room will be asked to leave. NO refund.
Ana Mandara Luxury Retreat allows visitors until 8pm maximum.
I agree that there is no access allowed in the Jacuzzi after 8pm.
I agree that Ana Mandara Luxury Retreat have the right to charge my card in case of any damage in the room and missing items.
Breakfast -Gourmet 3 course - from 8am to 9:30am.
Check in Time 2pm - Check Out Time STRICTLY 10 AM ( Late check outs can be arranged subject to availability).
Early checkout- account MUST be settled the night before departure.
Pets - Pets are NOT allowed on the property.
SMOKING- All rooms are NON - SMOKING , although we do offer a private designated smoking area. Should you smoke in your room, a $400 fee will be charged to your account for cleaning, deodorising room and all textiles. As per legislation, I understand that Ana Mandara Luxury Luxury Retreat is 100% non-smoking.
I agree that there is a MAXIMUM of 2 persons in a room ( No extra beds ). Any other guests will be asked to leave immediately. NO refund.
I agree that any visitors of guests that are not booked in to stay at Ana Mandara Luxury Retreat will be asked to leave after 8pm.
I agree that any visitors of guests that are are staying at Ana Mandara are not allowed at anytime to enter the guest rooms., failure to comply with this rule,
all guests will be asked to leave the property immediately and there will be NO refund.

Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount 30 Days before arrival.
All Credit & Debit Cards will incur a merchant fee of 1.6%.
With the exception of American Express
the merchant fee is 1.8%.
You authorize us to charge all fees incurred by you in relation to the services provided to the credit card or debit card designated by you.
If payment is not received from the card issuer or its agent for any reason, you agree to pay us all the amounts due immediately on demand.
Credit Card Verification -
To check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, the property reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
Cheques are NOT accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 30 days prior,
a full refund will apply less the credit card surcharge.
30 Days or less prior to check-in
100% fee of total booking is charged and no refunds.
We highly recommend that you protect yourself with travel insurance.
On the day of book-in
Or no show is 100% fee.
This policy also applies to group bookings .
Gift Vouchers are not refundable for cash.
