Anderley has two secluded cottages llocated on a 35 acre rural property in the Strzelecki Ranges in West Gippsland. With stunning views from Westernport Bay around to Mt. Baw Baw, you will find it is the perfect place to retreat and recharge.
We offer the choice of 2 fully self contained and private cottages.. The cottages are the same size and same cost per person. Taronga has 2 bedrooms in an open plan design, Tandara has one bedroom.
Each cottage features a private and expansive deck with stunning views;, a cosy wood fire, and a double spa bath.
Anderley is a peaceful and relaxing retreat - whether you need to getaway for a few days or longer .

Self Contained Cottage with 2 Queen beds. ideal for 2 singles or for 2 couples to share. The bedroom areas are separated from the living area by drop down timber blinds providing privacy within the cosy "cabin" design.
Weekends (2 nights - Friday/Saturday/Sunday) for $420 a couple.
Extra adults (up to 2 people) can stay for $35 per person per night.
Single Night Bookings may be available on request for $220 mid-week or $260 weekend nights

Terms & Conditions
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-In is available from 3.00pm and Check-Out strictly by 11.00am (unless other arrangement have been made). We offer a special package with an early check-in and/or late check-out, when available, please ask if interested when booking.
We request that on vacating, you leave the cabin in a clean and tidy condition - as close as possible to the condition it was presented to you. ie dishes washed, rubbish out in external bins, items put away or replaced in original position etc. We have provided a check-out check list in the cabins to assist you.
If the property is left in an unacceptable condition necessitating additional cleaning, then you agree to cover the cost (at the rate of $25 per hour). This will be discussed with you before the charge is made.
DURING YOUR STAY
Security for possessions whilst staying at Anderley is your responsibility. Anderley management will not be responsible for any losses you may incur.
When driving on the property laneways please drive at a walking pace of 5km/hour
During cold weather, sufficient firewood will be provided for the duration of your stay. Should you use more than the generous allocation - a charge will apply for additional wood at $25 per basket (a day's supply).
Anderley is a 100% non-smoking property. This is for the comfort of our guests as well as to reduce fire risk on the property and surrounds. Failure to comply may result in a request to vacate the property with no refund given.
We reserve the right to enter the property to turn off any appliance that may have inadvertently been left on, or to shut any windows or doors and retract blinds to prevent any weather damage.
We reserve the right to terminate your stay if you act in a manner that is unlawful, causes wilful damage to the property or causes a nuisance to neighbours or other guests. In these circumstances, no refund will be given and we will not be responsible for any losses you may incur.
You are welcome to have day visitors whilst you are staying at Anderley. Overnight guests are strictly by arrangement in Taronga only (2 bed cottage) and a charge applies.
For security and safety management reasons, we ask that you advise us of any visitors and the approximate duration of their visit.
Please note that parking at the cottages is limited to guest's vehicles only and visitors will be directed to a different area to park their vehicles
We ask that you and your visitors respect the "quiet retreat" nature of our accommodation and do not adversely impact the amenity of other guests. This includes keeping noise at a reasonable level.
We reserve the right to ask visitors to leave if they are creating a disturbance or nuisance by their behaviour, and to charge you for any extra cleaning or damage incurred as a result of their actions
In the event of something not working, breaking, being lost or other damage, please advise us as soon as possible during your stay so that we can undertake any repairs/maintenance/replacement etc as soon as possible.
We cover minor breakages as normal wear and tear, however any major damage, loss that necessitates repair/replacement or additional cleaning may incur additional costs and you agree to cover these costs. We will discuss the cost with you before any charges are made.
Your dog is welcome, as long as you are happy to comply with our dog policy as outlined below. Please note there is an additional charge per stay of $25 for a maximum of 2 dogs.
Guest's dogs may have inside access to the cottage at the property owner's discretion.
In consideration of others they must be kept off all soft furnishings and carpets.
Dogs must be on a leash at all times whilst on the property unless otherwise agreed with the owners. Please note that there is not a secure dog run available, but the deck of the cottage is reasonably secure.
Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottage and must accompany guests when they leave the premises for outings.
Barking must be controlled at all times.
Dogs need to be cleaned up after.
On the property there are horses, cattle, chickens and a resident dog and cat. We ask you to consider both their safety and your dog's safety if your dog is around them.
If excess cleaning is required or if it is necessary to repair any damage caused by your pet, this cost will be the responsibility of the guest
EXTREME FIRE WEATHER
In the interest of your own safety, in the event of an Extreme or Severe Fire weather Warning for our area, we may ask you to vacate the property, or to cancel your stay.
If this is necessary, we will refund your stay or that part of your stay that has been cancelled and we will help you find alternative accommodation where possible.

We are able to take a credit card payment if you prefer, but please note that there is a 1.5% fee on credit card payments.
You can call or email to arrange this. PAYMENT POLICY: 50% deposit is required on all reservations at the time of booking. Balance of payment is due two weeks prior to your arrival.
If your reservation is made less than 2 weeks prior to your stay, payment will be required in full at time of booking.
Please note: Tariff includes a non-refundable $30 Booking Fee.
We endeavour to keep all information current, however prices may be changed without notice so please enquire to confirm pricing for your preferred dates.
Booking Quotations are Valid for 30 days
Cancellations will be accepted up to 2 months prior and monies paid will be refunded less the $30 booking fee.
If you cancel up to 14 days prior to your stay, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel 7 to 14 days from the booking date (when full payment should have been received) 50% of the total payment for the booking will be refunded.
If you cancel within 7 days, or do not show, no refund will be provided.
HOWEVER... Please note that if you do need to cancel, every effort will be made to find a replacement booking and, if successful, your payment will be refunded in full, less the $30 booking fee.
CHANGES TO DATES
You may change the dates booked up to 3 weeks prior to your stay for no additional cost if you are booking the same number of days and days of the week.
Changes to number of days/days of the week will incur an additional $30 Booking Fee and the total amount due will be amended according to the booking days.
Changes to dates within 3 weeks of your booking may be subject to cancellation fees in addition to an additional Booking Fee.
