Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM and
Saturday and Sunday 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
FOR OUT OF HOURS CHECK-IN - Guests are required to contact Coral Inn Reception by phone during business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival to make necessary arrangements in relation to payment and after hours check-in details (if not done at time of booking). Special and specific requests are subject to availability and if subject to extra payment will only be confirmed only when payment received.

Payment Policy

Rooms are to be paid 72 hours before arrival and will be deducted from credit card provided. If the card is invalid the booking may be cancelled. Rooms booked under 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable. Holiday bookings are all non-refundable and will be charged when booked. Group bookings (3+ rooms): 10% at the time of booking and full payment 4 weeks before arrival. Please be mindful that non-refundable bookings must be paid at time of booking and will not be refunded. Refund Policy
Bookings can only be cancelled 72 hours before arrival with full refund. Booking cancelled less than 72 hours before time of arrival will be charged the full amount of the room/s. Authorised personnel at Coral Inn must approve refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of any cancellation of, or reduction in the daily number of rooms must be provided in writing. Cancellations should always go through the correct booking agent channel. “No Shows” will be subject to the full accommodation charge as booked. Cancellations occurring less than 72 hours prior to arrival incur the full accommodation charge. Booking dates may be altered without charge, subject to availability and only within 7 days of initial booking if less than 72 hours of arrival.
